First of all, I would like to thank the administrator named Tina, who greeted me very warmly, offered me drinks, and provided me with high-quality advice (this is a rarity nowadays). Secondly, Camilla the manicure master is just a professional in her field! She told me in detail how to treat my nails after I had a cut at another salon. I really liked the nail polish and pedicure! I also want to point out that the plate changes on all nail files, for each client and for manicure and pedicure. I especially liked that there is a disposable nail file. Everything is at the highest level, starting with the atmosphere and ending with the quality of the service provided. Now I am definitely your regular customer. The atmosphere is very pleasant, plus there is a comfortable massage chair in the pedicure area. I am very pleased that they gave me care items as a gift to maintain my manicure :) Thank you!🩷

The care includes a scrub, which is then not washed off, but washed off with a wet towel, put on gloves to moisturize, and after removing the cream, it is 200 thousand. 230 thousand is the price for a nail file, nails are cut crookedly, they react poorly to comments, there is absolutely no understanding about the growth points. The reception room is covered with curtains, the master from the next office also commented on the proposed glove options, since one of the options stains the skin - so why are they still in the assortment? The gloves were new and some kind of brand, the packaging of the gloves from the brand was dirty, it was disgusting to look at it. Total: 430,000 in 45 minutes of manicure, which had to be fixed at home.

I came in by accident. A very cool salon. According to all criteria 10 out of 10. 1. Polite and helpful staff. They offer tea, coffee, and water. 2. A separate pedicure booth with a mega cool massage chair! They do a pedicure, and the back is massaged. Wow! 3. Natalia is a super master. I have delicate skin, it is usually injured, but here I did not even notice how my cuticle was treated. The skin of the foot and heel was also treated very gently and qualitatively (not tickling and not painful). 4. And the most important thing is STERILIZATION. I am a dentist myself and I understand it. There is a powerful professional dental sinew in the salon. This means that the instruments are 100% sterile. And well packed. I definitely recommend it if all these aspects are important to you.

It is immediately obvious that great attention is paid to hygiene here: the tools are in individual bags, the workplace is ideally sterile. This is very important to me. The master greeted me kindly, clarified all the details, and helped me decide on the shape and color. She worked carefully and accurately, but also without unnecessary delay in time. The nail file manicure itself turned out to be much more comfortable than the classic one that I did before: no unpleasant sensations, the cuticle was treated very carefully, not a single cut. Nails look well-groomed and natural. The coating looks smooth, the color is saturated, it glitters beautifully and has been without chips for more than a week. I especially liked the attitude of Master Elena: she calmly answered questions, gave some useful tips on care. The receptionist, I didn't remember the name, was also very friendly! In general, it feels like they are thinking about the client here and trying to do everything as efficiently as possible. I left the salon in a great mood, and now it's nice to look at my hands every day. I will definitely come back again and I can safely recommend it.

However, as for the quality of the manicure. Upon leaving the salon, everything was fine, the master really tried. However, after a couple of days, the skin around the cuticle of my nail began to peel off and my hands began to look worse than before, then, after several weeks, a trace of an overgrown nail became visible, that is, the new nail plate was of a very different type and it looked like I had a fungus or unhealthy nails. I had to go to another salon and polish it all, where the master told me that it was most likely due to the fact that the cuticle was treated too much with a nail file and this caused such damage. It's a pity to write this, as the girls are charming and diligent, but I don't recommend it.
