I stayed at this hotel for 5 days. The impressions are the best. The location is wonderful, right in the city center. There is a US Consulate nearby, where, in fact, I came on visa business. There is a large shopping center nearby, where there is a favorite Zara store, many cafes where you can have a snack, and an inexpensive supermarket with groceries. The hotel building itself occupies the ground floor of the house and is located in a protected area. Room cleaning is of high quality. The rooms are modern. There is a kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator and free tea.🙂The room rate is 3,600 per day. By the way, order a Yandex taxi from the airport to the center. It will cost about 400 rubles - 2 thousand tenge and kopecks. It is better to change the currency in the city. There is a less profitable course at the airport. And now separately about the hotel staff... The people are wonderful, all intelligent, friendly. They try to help you with any question. I especially liked Altynai. She helped me with the documents that I forgot to print out in time, calmed me down, and set me up positively. Just a golden man, as her name means in the translation from Kazakh.Thank you for your cordiality and kind relations!!!💖💖💖

The hotel is located in the very center of the city, next to Dostyk Plaza. Overall, it's pretty clean, the beds are comfortable, and the air conditioner is working. There is a shared kitchen with free tea and coffee. There is a grocery market and a cafe nearby. It's difficult to get into the territory if you need to call the administrator for the first time. Good price/quality ratio.
