Heybeliada is one of the 9 islands of the Adalar archipelago. It takes 1.5 hours by ferry from Istanbul. There are public and commercial ferries. We traveled by public transport. From Kabatash pier. The trip was paid for with an Istambulkart card (they also used it to travel to the subway). There is a toilet on the ferry and they sell drinks and simit bagels. The seating is free, and anyone who wants to go sits there. Heybeliada is very green, shady, and atmospheric. Old wooden buildings. Some are in great condition, and some are abandoned. But everything is equally beautiful and unusual. There are cafes and beaches. The beaches are paid. Even out of season, we paid 500 lira for admission from an adult and 300 for a child. But we didn't regret that we went to the paid beach. The entire infrastructure is in working order, including toilets, changing rooms, cafes, sun beds and umbrellas. It's clean enough. You can walk around the island or rent a bike. The rental is located not far from the pier. We walked with our feet, very comfortably, the paths were paved, the trees provided shade and coolness.

A small, very pretty island in a little over an hour by boat (for example, from the Kabatas pier) Small cozy houses, relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere, after the bustling Istanbul, are particularly impressive. There are beaches, shops, cafes, etc. infrastructure. Highly recommended)

The island is very calm, after the bustling Istanbul, it's just a corner of peace and quiet. Cozy houses, residents who go about their business, there is no rush, everything somehow flows as usual, an ideal place to relax.
