A more or less fresh hotel. It is located in the Negombo tourist area, half an hour drive from the airport. It is positioned at 5 stars and, in principle, corresponds to the local coordinate system. There are no ethnic elements in the design of the hotel. You can transfer it painlessly to Spain or Turkey. Well-trained, extremely polite and friendly staff. But there is no Russian-speaking staff. Fans of cleanliness are constantly washing and cleaning something. The rooms are small, with the bizarre Sri Lankan custom of taking the washbasin into the room. But comfortable. A huge terrace with access to the pool. Separate shower and toilet. Linen change daily. A full set of hotel cosmetics and even bathrobes. There are no Russian channels on TV. . The food is buffet style with a large load and on the menu in cases of a shortage of guests. A clear separation of local and European food is common in these places. The food quality is good. The variety of dishes corresponds to stardom. The desserts are mind-blowing in variety and quality, which, however, is common in Sri Lanka. Seating in the restaurant is provided by the metrodotel. The choice of drinks is very decent. Alcohol prices are quite Moscow prices. The hotel beach outside the hotel proper is not equipped with anything, but it is cleaned daily by the hotel staff. Swimming in the ocean will not work - there are constant huge waves. The sun beds in the closed hotel area are new, in excess, in the shade of coconut palms. The pool is large enough to accommodate those who wish. Excellent quality SPA with Moscow prices. But! There is no active entertainment either in the hotel or nearby. There is also nothing for children except a paddling pool. Therefore, the contingent consists of European pensioners and Aeroflot crews. The city of Negombo is interesting in the tourist sense for once, although the exotics are above the head.

Nice hotel and quite fresh, the rooms overlook the ocean. From Colombo airport 30 min. Room cleaning, restaurant service - excellent! The big minus is crows! There are a lot of them and they are constantly making noise. The territory is small, but nice, well-kept: monitor lizards, chipmunks, birds. The beach is public, but they keep an eye on it and clean it up. A lot of locals come in the evenings and on weekends. Overall, we liked the hotel and at the end of December we had a good rest and went swimming in the ocean)

We had a rest in December 2023 Everything is included Buffet + a la carte. Just like in the best restaurant. The music is unobtrusive, and there are candles in the evenings. All with ocean views. There are sun beds on the beach, always clean towels, they cover themselves, they clean themselves, a pool bar, a night bar on the top floor. The territory is clean and well-groomed, birds, chipmunks, chameleons, huge bats in the evenings, crows are of course impudent)The pool is not very clean and the local religious swim in their clothes... Exotic) we only went to the ocean, so it didn't bother us. The hotel is very nice, the room is clean and has everything. More water is brought on request. No one speaks Russian. Only Google translator, also with a menu, but through the translator everyone understands, everyone smiles. You can speak English, and all the staff speaks English. The ocean was agitated all 7 days, warm, Clean near the hotel)There are many shops close to the hotel, 15 minutes away and in Colombo, you can walk on foot. We flew back from Colombo.

A good hotel, with excellent staff who really try to make your stay at the hotel comfortable and memorable. The reception is working perfectly, all the declared services are also excellent. Varied and delicious breakfasts, excellent Room service. The rooms are clean, without complaints, and the entire set of hygiene products is fully available. Bathrobes, slippers, and other small items are all in the rooms. The rooms are small, with no pretensions to luxury, but everything is quite functional and logical. The hotel is a 30-minute drive from Colombo International Airport. This is definitely not a classic resort hotel, although there is adequate access to the beach, pools and deck chairs. It looks more like a city hotel. There is no entertainment or activity. A quiet, very comfortable hotel. I can recommend it if you are traveling in transit, or you need to make a short stop before further travel. Some rooms offer beautiful sea views.

We were here in February 2025. The hotel is not at all up to 5 stars, rather it is 4 with a stretch. Although if you compare it with the hotels that are located in this area, then this is probably the most decent place. There are a lot of disadvantages: - very small territory of the hotel - according to the "all inclusive" system, there are a lot of things that are not included))) - there are not enough sun beds for all guests, so many guests sunbathe on the lawn 🤦♂️ - the lobby bar starts working from 16:00 - lack of music near the pool - a huge number of crows 🐦⬛ Of the advantages: - the food is in their restaurant, you can ask for a good pizza in their restaurant, which is located opposite across the street from the main building of the hotel, because you will not find anything decent in this area.… - the hotel is located not far from the airport

It's a very decent hotel by local standards. Cleaning, change of linen and towels, soap, shampoo, gel, cream, balm, machines, toothpaste and brush were changed daily. At first there were no bathrobes in the room, but they asked the staff and immediately gave them. There are no problems in the restaurant either. We took the all-inclusive system and did not regret it. It is not safe to eat outside the hotel

We've just arrived! I really liked the hotel! Helpful, friendly staff! The room is cleaned every day. Snow-white linen, bathrobes, gels, shampoos, toothbrushes, shaving accessories, iron, ironing board, umbrellas, because the weather in Negombo is changeable. As for the beach, the beach area has its own, quite clean, large. All rooms have ocean views! It's adorable! The ocean is warm but exciting! Rods in sufficient quantity by the pool. We were on an all-inclusive system, not many such vacationers, but the staff responded immediately both at the pool bar and in the lobby-they brought as much as they needed, no questions asked. The restaurant has a buffet / apparently when a lot of vacationers arrive/, or both lunch and dinner are on the menu. If everything is included in the system, then drinks are included in the menu. The menu is in English, but the translator in the phone is fine. The menu is a masterpiece, the waiters are friendly and cultured. We really liked everything! A quiet, modern hotel. Yes, there are a lot of crows! But this is nature! And chipmunks run. Thanks to the staff!!! I recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is close to the airport in Colombo, but now planes from Russia fly to another airport and it takes 3 hours to drive from it. The hotel itself is very nice, clean, the food is good and the staff is good. But the location is unfortunate. The ocean is dirty and very different from other beaches for the worse. There is a city beach park next to the hotel, where a lot of people gather on weekends from this garbage, they burn it and there is often a strong smell of plastic. There are a lot of crows on the territory of the hotel, they actively swim in the pool and steal food. In general, everything outside disappointed us.

The hotel is not bad, but the ocean is dirty, the waves are strong, as it turned out everywhere, but there are also advantages, the food is good, varied, the pool bar is not very good, we had everything included and it turned out to be hard to beg for cocktails, they always have nothing, there are a lot of crows, squirrels are full. Room cleaning is not very good, slippers, bathrobes were not brought until they asked for them themselves, gels, balms, etc. also had to be constantly begged. The staff is in no hurry at all. You have to say the same thing a hundred times. Net 4 and no more. Special thanks to the guide Rocha, very cool, he met us from the airport and then went with him on an excursion to Kandy, it was super, a positive man! We recommend it to everyone on the tour.

We spent a honeymoon at the hotel..I went abroad for the first time in almost 20 years.. the hotel is gorgeous-they open the front door, security is everywhere, even people in uniform stand by the pool and drive away crows and monitor lizards - I have never seen this anywhere!) they are fed to slaughter- a buffet with dishes for every taste, fruits: watermelons, papaya and pineapples: there really is something to eat) Now to the disadvantages: 1. Very few drinks-tea, coffee and also watermelon and papaya juice in the morning! That's it!For dinner, only water, or coffee and tea. No drinks are provided, for me, as a drink lover, this is a nightmare! And of course the most important disadvantage: these are the toilets in the room! Firstly, the toilet does not close and has transparent walls, and it is located almost by the bed.. Therefore, you can not only be heard as you relieve yourself, but also seen.. In this regard, I had to go to the toilet at the reception - this is really a disadvantage, which is why the hotel deserves its honest three points! And so if you don't care when you're on the push, then the hotel is cool. And I also forgot to say - the prices in it for the bar menu are very, very expensive, it's better to buy 2 times cheaper in the cafe opposite and have fun by the pool. Separately, it should be said that there is no beach near the ocean, no umbrellas, no sun loungers, and the ocean at the hotel is dirty.. However, this applies to all Negombo, the locals said it should be in the east and south of the island.. But we didn't know-so there are no questions for others)

Positive. The kitchen! European cuisine, local cuisine, excellent breakfasts, fresh pastries, VEGETABLES! This is a rarity, in other hotels eggs, toast, watermelon, here you can choose. What is not a dish is a masterpiece. Staff. They're trying. The room is cleaned every day, the balcony is also (which is usually not). The reception responds to all requests. Good bed linen, towels, bathrobes of the first freshness. Minuses. Crows. They're everywhere. They're shouting over the ocean. The staff doesn't do anything about it. If we were with the kids, I wouldn't let them swim in the pool because crows drink and everything else in the pool. Beach. It's dirty. And the locals are pulling their hands over the fence and asking for money and something to buy. Glass doors in the toilet that won't close.

Negombo is probably the best hotel.... The staff is on top, it is clear that they are not being handled by local leaders... The only drawback is the huge number of local (very wealthy by their standards, Lankans) on weekends and holidays! Although they do not interfere, but when you come to dinner in the evening, it is very unexpected to see such a number of locals....
