Minuses: • Very high turnover of coaches. Among those whom I remember for their excellent work are Irena, Nikolina, Mina, Kristina, my favorite coach, Helena, with whom I will continue to train in another gym, and many others. Many clients leave after their coaches. • It is important for me that the coach is happy with his place of work, but coaches are not appreciated in this club. • There is no loyalty program for regular customers, while promotions for new ones are constantly taking place. Every three months, I found that the price had increased for me again. • Previously, the three-month card was valid for about 3.5 months, but in the summer the period was reduced strictly to three. This is inconvenient for a women's club: it is impossible for women to practice on certain days, and all frosts are spent only on vacation. It's not customer-oriented. • During my personal training sessions, the coach was given some kind of group consultations in parallel. In personal training, the trainer's time should belong only to the client. • The black floor covering heavily dirties the sneakers.
