Good afternoon, everyone who is going to this hotel! I must say right away, if you're used to relaxing in the ultra five, this is not the place for you. The hotel is not bad for its price. The food is the same as in all Turkish hotels. You definitely won't stay hungry. There is always meat, the queue is just behind the grill, and the usual, baked chicken is always available. The fish is also baked and fried. Greens, salads, cheeses, everything is as usual. Good pastries. The only thing was that there was never halva or baklava. The rooms are standard, everything is there, the air conditioner was working properly. We cleaned every day, and towels were changed as needed. The bed linen was changed in a week. I don't know who wrote that they don't change., The beach is nearby, three minutes. They didn't lie on the sun beds. The staff is friendly, they smile back. The most important thing for me is that none of the children get poisoned or get rotavirus. There is no alcohol at all and this is a big plus. If they also banned smoking during meals, it would be awesome. I really want to sit at outdoor tables during lunch and dinner, but it's impossible because there's tobacco smoke on all sides.

A good hotel for your money. The rooms are a bit old, there are disadvantages. I'll attach a photo. The room has air conditioning, hairdryer, mini fridge, a small amount of gel and shampoo, 2 pairs of towels. The air conditioner works in one mode and blows on the bed, so you can't leave it on at night, you have to open the balcony (which is why someone bit us every night) Meal: The food was good, there was a lot of choice. There are also many bars with soft drinks (lobby bar, outdoor bar, beach bar), a cafeteria (sweets and ice cream), and a snack bar. In the evening, there is a point with drinks and popcorn. Refrigerators with drinking water are always available. Sea: It's a few minutes walk to the sea. A beach with sun beds and mattresses. Beach towels can be obtained at the hotel by card. Access to the sea is bad, almost everywhere there are large stones or stone slabs.Of the significant disadvantages, the sea on our beach was always dirty. It is very dirty (apparently, there are especially problems with water pollution in Turkey). At least it was possible to go to the sea before lunch, after 12 the sea is consistently dirty. However, we had several days to visit other beaches, including in Alanya itself, where the situation is much better. Compared to our beach, there is practically no pollution. Transportation to the city is convenient, there is a 50 bus that goes to Alanya. It can be reached in 15-20 minutes. There are several shopping malls and shops around the hotel.

Our vacation was at 4. Unfortunately, we caught the rotovirus. About the hotel: I would rate it at 4 with a minus. The main thing we didn't like was the sooo stuffy elevators, as well as the stuffiness in the lobby. The air conditioner was turned off at dinner, it was very stuffy. Food: you won't stay hungry, there was chicken and fish on the grill, lots of vegetables. The staff is very polite, they quickly clean the tables, even though there were a lot of people. I liked the pools and slides, especially for children)))) I was very upset by the entrance to the sea, as they wrote below, there were huge stones. 2 days after lunch, the sea was very dirty, it was disgusting to be at the entrance. Apparently, the waves brought various debris, including plastic. We were given a room on the 5th floor. Among the advantages: clean pastels, new mattresses. The cleaning was not very high-quality, the floors were not always washed, and the towels were the same. We had a view of the neighboring hotel, and sometimes there was loud music in the evenings, but that didn't bother us. The staff we met were all friendly. Oh yes, it took us 4 hours to get to the hotel, if we had known, we would have ordered an individual transfer. Among the wishes: to put the elevators in order, to wash the windows and walls in them, to turn on the air conditioner. And turn on the air conditioners in the lobby and in the cafe.
