You made a mistake and sent the parcel to the wrong COUNTRY. At first, they promised to redirect the parcel to Almaty immediately after arrival in Tashkent, two months have passed since then, they told fairy tales for a month that they were about to send it, now they just ignore it. I will be looking for another carrier, Havvo is highly not recommended.

I strongly advise you not to cooperate with them. The worst delivery service in Almaty. If your parcel is lost, no one will deal with it. My parcel was either lost or stolen from their warehouse in Germany. At first, they "searched" for a whole month, and then the support service stopped responding altogether. I do not advise you to contact this company, you will waste your nerves and money. The operator did not answer me, terrible attitude towards customers

I have been working with this company for the second year now, something is constantly wrong with them, the cargo is constantly in stock for weeks, the holidays are not like everyone else's, but for weeks (although the delivery services do not rest like this on holidays), the Sdek is always to blame, and something is wrong with SDEK- although Sdek doesn't know at all (uef has been working with them for 10 years and has its own managers who always give information!) the last time it was completely undone, the cargo was the first load for a WEEK!!! A week in stock! My requests to contact the management / always ignore the management do not convey such communication, and they are not even aware of what is happening to them! When asked to send the cargo as soon as possible and with the lowest fare, because I don't have time to receive it, due to my vacation, they write me a memorized phrase - we can't! Live with it however you want! Considering that I am a regular customer! And I have large shipments coming in/ on a regular basis! I do not recommend it!! And I will be looking for an alternative to this carrier!
