We were very excited to have dinner there. What a disappointment ! Food was not delicious, prices were really high compared to the quantity served. Moreover, it was very noisy and freezing due to a problem of the A/C system. We will not go back there, since our expectancies have not been fulfilled.

I want to write a review. Because I had radically different impressions from visiting Hammersmith. If the impression of the restaurant on the Ferghana Highway could not be worse (I left a review in December 2025), then we are absolutely delighted with visiting Hammersmith at 62 Amir Temur Street. And, despite the fact that the restaurant on Ferghana is within walking distance, we will go again to Amir Temur. The staff is attentive, friendly and professional. We took beer (there are all kinds that are listed on the menu) and a knuckle. Beer at very pleasant prices. The prices are much lower than in other establishments and very tasty. Great respect to the chef who cooked the knuckle! It's so delicious! It is not inferior in recipe and preparation to Poland and the Czech Republic, where the knuckle is a masterpiece of dishes. We will definitely come again! Now we have another favorite place in Tashkent.

The first time we had a vacation with friends in Tashkent, we visited many pleasant places, but this took the top of our list. First of all, it was very tasty, we took beer and a lot of different food. Secondly, the pleasant renovation and atmosphere in the restaurant. Thirdly and most importantly, excellent staff, very attentive, caring and sociable. Special respect to our Namate waiter, the service is one of the best in my entire life. I definitely recommend it from myself and from three of my friends.

I will write a review immediately for (almost) all establishments, I have been to all except the Parkent branch. The beer is delicious, the food is also very tasty, considering that I myself have extensive experience in gastronomy. But! The waiters leave much to be desired. I have no idea where you got such marginal personalities who don't even have any basic basic values of a healthy society - neither hello nor goodbye, stone faces, it feels like they are doing some kind of favor by serving the guests. I rarely write negative comments, I'm used to seeing only the positive in everything, initially it seemed to me that I "imagined" it, but after visiting the other branches, I realized that I still did not imagine it. I give one star for the atmosphere, for the quality of food and drinks, and minus 2 stars for the service and aftertaste of such service.

1 star automatic for a margin of 20%. It's a perfect demonstration of how much the establishment's management disrespects its guests. But there are other disadvantages.: 1. Pork is cooked terribly. It's like a child trying to cook it for the first time. 2. The stewed cabbage turned out to be fried sauerkraut. Something new. 3. The wine menu is available at 10%. But the waiter did well, he tried. I hope he gets something out of the 20% that his management has elegantly withdrawn from us.

Convenient location, near the interchange of transport, buses, metro. The cuisine is very tasty, BUT the only thing is, they called in advance and booked a table, but upon arrival, they gave us another table, explained that we had to come, deposit some amount and then book a table for you. This is a big disadvantage, I think the management will eliminate such an incorrect service. Therefore, 3 stars!

It's been a long time since I've eaten so bad. Steaks are terrible, if you take meat, then take it only from the tenderloin (it's impossible to eat anything else). Greek salad and beer snacks are normal. We have opened so many branches, but they can't make a normal terrace, goosebumps everywhere, it's hot on the terrace (once you open the terrace, set the climate control). Change the manager and train the waiters. The only advantage is that there is a good contingent!

The situation turned out to be, to put it mildly, strange and unpleasant. When we arrived, the place was empty. They only asked to replace a couple of chairs with a sofa, nothing was moved globally. No one told us that it was forbidden. We sat down calmly, food was brought to us, and we started eating. And only after half an hour (!), Anastasia, the Manager, comes up to us and informs us that the furniture cannot be moved. Seriously? Was it impossible to say this before, before we had already settled in and started dinner? I was particularly surprised that you always had the same answer to any questions: "You can't do that, these are the rules." Without explanation, without any attempt to smooth the situation or offer a solution. I work in the service and catering sector myself, moreover, I am the manager of establishments. And I can say that this situation is an indicator of extremely poor communication with the guests. This is the first time I've come across something like this in Tashkent. The impression remained as unpleasant as possible. Honestly, it looks very bad for the service level. After such an experience, I don't want to return and I don't want to recommend this place either. I hope you will reconsider your approach to working with guests, because such situations are unacceptable.

Here is a more structured and competent version of the review.: We visited the establishment at about 20:29. From the very beginning, the service left an unpleasant impression. The waiter approached the table without greeting and did not even introduce himself. Instead of polite communication, he immediately asked if we were ready to place an order. When ordering, we were informed that the burger would be ready in about 20 minutes. However, the actual waiting time was about 45 minutes, which is significantly longer than the stated time. I would also like to mention the work of the manager. He came to our table only once at the beginning of the visit, and then he was no longer interested in the quality of service and did not check if everything was fine with us. It was only after we called him ourselves that he came over again. Separately, I would like to note the behavior of the staff: the staff chewed gum while communicating with the guests, which looked unprofessional and disrespectful. Overall, the service was very poor: lack of greeting, long wait for an order, lack of attention from staff, and non-compliance with basic service standards.
