I would really like to mention their sausages and snacks: the sausages turned out great — juicy and tender, everything is perfect in spices. The snacks were also good.However, the hodgepodge disappointed: it was too thick in consistency, too tomato-like, and also with a small amount of filling. I would like to mention the service separately: this time the waiters did not behave very professionally — they were constantly staring (not only our waiter), and the waiter himself was slightly rude and tactless.In general, I recommend the establishment to visit, and I also advise you to try wheat beer — they have excellent beer.

We often sit in this place, usually on Fridays or Saturdays. The service is always lame there and they always say that we don't have time for a full landing. We always sit in a non-smoking gym, as we do not smoke and do not tolerate cigarette smoke. By the way, it's a big plus that there is such a choice in the institution. The kitchen is always 10 out of 10. It is very tasty and always an unusual presentation. Today we decided to come especially early and not on Friday, so as not to wait too long for our order again, but unfortunately today the service was lame and was not complete, as we made a mistake 2 times in accepting the order and brought the wrong thing, and of course the audacity of the service staff. When submitting the bill, we always check the bill, this is purely a habit, and today, somehow, cigarettes that we did not order turned out to be in our bill, of course, we expressed our displeasure to the waitress, to which we heard the following response: "Well, what's the problem!!! Now I'll clarify!!!" what does it mean what's the problem?! And yes, they changed the waiter for us during the evening and, referring to him, left to sort it out. We waited and eventually approached the service staff ourselves, so that they would simply remove from our account what we had not ordered and, even logically, could not even order, to which our waitress abruptly gives our bill to either the head waiter or the manager and says: "These are the dissatisfied customers!" Instead of apologizing, he was also impudent, and the "Bro" reacted very inappropriately to the appeal from my spouse by responding impudently: "I'm not your bro." Guys, you definitely need to train your staff in politeness and proper behavior when you mess up, not us customers acting up. We were left with a very bad impression. They paid 1.3 million soums for 2 hours in their institution, taking into account 2 adults and 2 small children. And yes, my husband accidentally gave us more money for 400 thousand soums, then almost a couple of meters after leaving the establishment, the same friend caught up with us and returned the extra money and said, "I didn't even thank you for returning it!!!" Very sad. Let's think again whether we will return there or not on a weekly basis, we hope that the higher management will take measures on customer orientation. We work in the service sector ourselves and never allow ourselves to communicate with customers the way yours do, and even nervously express their dissatisfaction.
