In general, a normal bank, they sometimes have a more favorable exchange rate, for example. However, there are a lot of people on such days... But what I really didn't like was the commission requirement for old-style dollars. It pissed me off! And the helpline just didn't answer. Even though it was a small amount, I still did not change them. I went to the NBU and changed it there without any fees.
