The 4-star hotel, buffet breakfasts are included in the price, there is a spa, a swimming pool, the staff is friendly, the rooms are decent, clean, cozy, from the window of the room on the 4th floor there is a view of the neighboring building, and the flavor of Istanbul is present.From the rooms on the 2nd floor, you will be greeted by cats waiting for you, and the food that you took for them from breakfast.Plus the metro is 3 minutes away from the hotel. The main disadvantage is that the location is not good, it is far from the center and the feeling that the hotel is located somewhere on the outskirts, where in the evening they light a fire in barrels and people warm themselves, it is not comfortable to walk to the hotel in the evening.

I'm writing from my husband's account. The view of the room was on the wall. I haven't had a good night's sleep in 4 nights, and sleep is rest. I couldn't even sleep with earplugs on!It's very noisy: there's noise outside, the refrigerator is noisy, the air conditioner is even turned off, and the rooms have poor sound insulation. The people are noisy, apparently the Turks come into the rooms not very well-mannered at one o'clock in the morning they move the furniture, their children scream. All day long, someone was smoking in the hallway and in the lobby and smoke entered the room, although there are signs that smoking is prohibited. More staff need to keep order! There was 1 toothbrush, there were two of us. The breakfasts are excellent for every taste and the pool is nice and very warm. Good location, metro and tram are less than 5 minutes away. If you wish, you can walk. I lowered it for the silence because it's the basis, you don't get enough sleep, your head hurts and the day is dark.

A clean hotel. Good service. Cleaning every day. The breakfast isn't that fancy, but it's quite enough to eat) The hotel is close to the metro and trams. 15 minutes from the Grand Bazaar. 30 minutes from Sultan Ahmet Square. One of the disadvantages is the view from the window to the dirty roofs (but in Istanbul there is no time to look out of the hotel windows, so it is not essential). And as a minus: drinking water in cups for visitors turned out to be paid (0.5 euros). Despite the fact that she is not standing in the bar, but on top next to the glasses. No matter how many holidays we had in Turkey, everywhere the water in the hotels was publicly available and free of charge! But in general, I recommend the hotel!
