I would like to share a negative situation I experienced at the Beykent Hamdizade branch on November 10th. When I called a waiter to place an order, one of the staff (who was called "Mert abi" by other employees and was overweight) showed a sarcastic attitude by laughing in my face when I asked for a product recommendation. This behavior has made me feel quite uncomfortable and unworthy as a customer. I tried to contact the business management after the incident, but I didn't get any interest or feedback. I think this kind of approach is unacceptable and I demand a change of personnel. I would like to request that customer satisfaction is given importance and the necessary action is taken.
