It seems to be located in the civilized space of the Hightown shopping center, the Hamdizade service staff does not even know how to greet, while when asked to put a certain piece that the customer liked, the young man says that they are all the same (they were not interested in his opinion), it was a purchase of food with them, they asked for a device, they say there is no such thing, and there are disposable spoons nearby for the pies, it's probably difficult to understand the requests of customers. Not much of a sediment, of course, I would like to wish the institution employees who know how to work with customers

My girlfriend and I decided to go to Hamdizade to have a quiet tea and enjoy desserts and spend time. Everything looked normal at the entrance: they greeted us, smiled, said "just a minute, let's come over," and we calmly sat down at the table. It seemed like the service would be normal. But that was the end of it. After they promised to come to us in a minute, 5 minutes passed... then 10... then 20. During all this time, not a single waiter came up. The staff was walking around, serving other guests, but they paid zero attention to us, as if we were just air there. No menu, no question about what we want, no apologies for the delay. It seems like they just forgot about us, even though they promised to come over. It was so unpleasant and disrespectful that we just sat and waited, hoping that at least someone would notice. But it seems that guests are not a priority for Hamdizade. There was enough desire to greet, and then there was zero professionalism and no responsibility. In the end, we got up and left without waiting for any service at all. And the most unpleasant thing is that no one even paid attention. Not a single apology, not an attempt to rectify the situation, not a banal question as to why we were leaving. Complete indifference. It was very disappointing. Such a service is a disgrace for an institution that wants to look decent. We won't come to Hamdizade anymore and we won't advise anyone.
