The staff is very polite. We were well received. We ordered a frog guira, here it costs 990 tenge and manta rays. We didn't wait long. Guiru is very tasty, everything is fresh. The only wish I told them was a little gravy, it's better to add in the price then it will be incomparable. The atmosphere is very good, the hall is cool. In short, everything is fine. Keep it up.

We were returning with my wife from Issyk-Kul through Almaty, to Chelyabinsk, and stayed at this hotel. Everything is very cool. Friendly staff, cozy room, the room has everything you need, cleanliness, it was stuffy, the air conditioner was turned on while we went to dinner, the temperature in the room became very comfortable. Next to the hotel there are two cafes to choose from, one indoors, the second outdoors under awnings, the kitchen is gorgeous, we not only ate but rested, slept well. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who will be in Almaty.

Yes, maybe it's delicious, I wanted to try out the MX cuisine, but unfortunately the service has not been finalized with them. Deliveries are made, but you need to order couriers yourself, when you can include their delivery in the price and send the order. I think it doesn't work that way anymore. We need to finalize the delivery service.

If you want to eat lagman, definitely not here! We came with my wife, ordered two lagmans, two sticks of shish kebab and ashlanfu. After 15 minutes, they brought us one lagman, after half an hour a barbecue, then ashlanfu and at the very end the second lagman!!!. The second guiru lagman was just terrible, instead of meat there were some scraps, films and small pieces of meat, it is unclear whether it was minced meat or waste.. I attach a photo of this disgrace to the review. I do not recommend this cafe to visit!

There are no complaints about food. Delicious. But the waiting time is awfully long. We went with friends to eat lagman. There were two other people in the hall besides us. (There are 5 of us) but the dishes were served in almost 40 minutes. We ordered moshura lagman, after half an hour they only said that there were no mushrooms. The service leaves much to be desired(((
