Booking via messenger is convenient. They explain everything and calmly treat numerous questions /additions. The cost of a bed is ~ 5250 tenge (1050 rubles). Registration at the reception is fast, only a passport or birth certificate is required. Among the advantages: spacious rooms for 4 people, double beds with comfortable mattresses, curtains. Each room has a shower/sink/toilet, a sofa, two closets, a table. There is a courtyard with flowers, there is a laundry room (the cost of washing is 1500 tenge ~ 300 rubles). The shower is hot because a gas boiler is installed. Upon check-in, clean white (really white, boiled) bed linen and a towel are provided. The kitchen is spacious, there is a refrigerator, two gas stoves, a kitchen, a microwave. It is worth noting that each room and the kitchen have air conditioning. Of the cons: everything in the kitchen is greasy - it makes sense to put cleaning powder on the sink because a simple detergent does not cope with fat. Cockroaches have been noticed - an unpleasant fact, they certainly need to be disposed of. It takes a long time to drain the water in the shower and the pressure is extremely poor. There is no parking, but the car was quietly left in front of the hostel on the edge of the road.

Great hostel! The staff was pleasant, they gave out a list of rules, answered all questions and showed everything. A very nice garden inside, clean, bright and beautiful rooms, with comfortable beds, separate lockers for each and a comfortable shower, everything in the kitchen was also clean, comfortable and understandable. It's a pity that I spent only two days there = (but I will definitely come again

A wonderful hostel! There are apartments too! 4 days of stay: we are satisfied with everything. 😄We were accepted by prior free reservation at 2 a.m. We met, settled in, explained. There is a small but cozy courtyard, near transport, park, river! A couple of stops away is a large market (groceries, clothes). The hostel has a wonderful equipped kitchen: two stoves, two sinks, a refrigerator, tables for eating, all dishes are beautiful and modern. There is everything you need even for a long-term stay. Administrator Mikhail is a wonderful person!!! The rooms have 4 beds, 2 closets, chairs, a sofa, a table. Shower and toilet. Sleeping places in separate sections of 2 floors. The section with its own sockets, lights and curtains! Excellent modern mattresses! Generally a modern hostel.I advise you from the bottom of my heart. I couldn't find a better one in Uralsk!!! 💘
