"Cons": - the address on the booking is incorrect. Correct (specify in the navigator): Vladimir Meskhishvili St., 18 (otherwise it will lead to the wrong place) - the building is old, there is about no sound insulation, especially on the ground floor (earplugs save) - the plumbing is a little tired, there is no curtain in the shower, water gets on the bathroom floor; there may be no water (early in the morning) "Pros": - 150 m. from Avlabari metro station (1 lari passage) - even closer - Spar - opposite across the street is the restaurant "home cooking" (tasty and affordable) and the Khinkali House restaurant (one of the best khinkali in Tbilisi!) - it's easy to walk to all the main tourist spots of Tbilisi - the staff is as friendly as possible, room cleaning is optional Total: not Burj al Arab, but top for your money in terms of location and comfort. You can find a better one, but in a different price category. In general, I recommend it.

Cool hotel, opposite the Khinkali House. In general, the place is good, near the center of Tbilisi, metro. There is a bazaar on the next street, where the good grandpa Jumber sells fruits. Be sure to visit him.
