Today me and my friends went here. Food is tasty. But I was disappointed with the customer service today. The cleaning staff on duty was very rude and she was mocking and staring at us. While we were having the food she came and started cleaning the table and threw bread in front of us which we were having. It was the worst experience I ever had in Uzbekistan.

Quite place, less waiting timing , you can see the kitchen where they bake ,so it's quite fun . Food was good

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service today, especially with the behavior of the cleaning lady on duty. As a regular customer, I never expected such treatment. My friends and I were still eating when she came over to clean our table—without even asking if we were done. Yes, we accidentally spilled a little sauce, but we immediately placed tissues over it and planned to clean up once we finished. Still, she just came and cleared the table, throwing our unfinished bread onto the table like it was trash. From the start, her attitude was unacceptable—rolling her eyes at us, making us feel uncomfortable for no reason. Is this how you treat paying customers? We didn’t deserve that kind of behavior. What’s worse is the way she treated the food. No matter what, you do not throw away food like that in front of people. It was extremely disrespectful. I’ve never faced such a horrible experience before. It felt like we were being treated differently just because we’re Indians. If that’s the case, it’s beyond disappointing,it’s disgusting. I sincerely hope you address this issue and make sure your staff treats all customers with the basic respect they deserve.
