Construction work is underway in some buildings, the rooms are isolated and spacious. From the windows and balconies of the upper floors overlooking Rayymbek, the city looks beautiful, especially at night, and in the mornings and evenings, both in summer and winter, I enjoyed looking at the beautiful mountains. There are large playgrounds in the courtyard, a lot of shops open late, beauty salons (barber), a cool sauna with all amenities is 2 steps away.

It seems like a nice house. But the roads are very inconvenient for mothers with strollers. To cross to the other side of Raimbek Avenue, you can only use the overhead crossings, and no one has provided for how to get up with a wheelchair. It is not safe to walk with children, as scooters fly around the streets, and there are a lot of stray dogs. It's very scary and unpleasant. And there aren't enough trash cans. Unfortunately, people throw garbage right where they walk, children throw candy wrappers, bottles, it's dirty and unpleasant in the yard. I would put up signs reminding that cleanliness starts with every person. I wish we had a little more respect for each other.
