There are no cashiers at the cash desks at all times during rush hours. There are two cash desks with cashiers and the queue for them stretches from the middle of the store, the same situation at self-service cash desks. And it is very annoying when you come to the store at 21:30, there is one cash register, there is a huge queue at it, while 1-2 cash registers work at self-service cash desks , and the rest are cancelled. Please explain according to what trading rules it is possible to withdraw cash registers before the store closes?
