We came across the museum by accident, but we spent two unforgettable hours there. The exhibits are interesting both in appearance and history; the limited collection of coins in the form of Orthodox icons is particularly amazing. The guide spoke quite interestingly and emotionally, it is clear that the man loves his job. The museum has books on numismatics, they allow you to read to immerse yourself in this wonderful world of money. I recommend you to visit.

We would like to express our gratitude to the museum of money "Pennies" for an excellent tour for 6th grade students! The children were absolutely delighted! It seemed difficult to expect that teenagers could be surprised with money, but the museum did it brilliantly. The tour took place in one breath: both the children and the accompanying people listened with their mouths open. What I particularly liked: 1. Interactive. The guys were given a real 405-year-old thaler to hold!! . The atmosphere of research, not a boring lecture hall. 2. Unusual exhibits. The sixth graders were shocked and delighted to see a cuff with the cross of Euphrosyne of Polotsk weighing more than a kilogram and coins of such sizes that you cannot put in your wallet. 3. Clear narrative. The guide spoke in Belarusian, which was understandable to the children: about hryvnia, rubles, broadsword, counterfeiters and records. No one was distracted by the phone, which is the best indicator. 4. Practical benefits. After the tour, the children had an animated discussion about inflation and how money has changed over the centuries. They wanted to study the history of their country even more deeply and not only! Special thanks for the kindness and patience to the noisy company. The museum is compact, but very busy — we spent time there with great benefit and interest. We recommend it to all schools in Minsk (and not only)! "Pennies" is a case where the difficult is told simply and fascinatingly. We will definitely come to you for other programs!

An unexpectedly interesting museum! There are discounts for pensioners, and people with disabilities are free. There are rare securities, banknotes and coins that have not been seen so far. There are even pre-revolutionary bills of exchange, which we have not seen in any museum! There is a $100 trillion banknote! There is a large collection of concentration camp money, which we have only seen in the Royal Numismatic Museum in Stockholm - and there are fewer types of it. There are even macquins (pirate money)! We spent more time there than we planned, but I want to go again. And I liked the guide.
