Very tasty gourmet dishes and sumptuous serving. It looks like a Michelin restaurant. Don't be afraid of the extensive menu, everything is prepared "from under the knife". Amazing salad with crispy eggplant, mushroom cream soup. Schnitzel in nuts is big and delicious, suitable for children. Cherry strudel is awesome! The most delicious restaurant in this city! And what beautiful and smart waitress girls!

Griffon restaurant in Abkhazia. Delicious food and an atmospheric place. We stopped at a hotel and went downstairs for breakfast. Sooo delicious scramble in Abkhaz. The porridge was cooked for a long time, but delicious. The cheesecakes are wonderful.

An excellent place, the best in all of Abkhazia in principle Cozy rooms, friendly and helpful staff, always help if you have any questions. We lived on the second floor, there was no elevator, we always left the stroller on the 1st floor, the reception staff was watching it. There is a restaurant on site that has captured our hearts. Unrealistically delicious food, the chef was thanked every day)) Live music every evening. I recommend this place, you will be delighted.

I can't say that I would have returned to this institution again. Ordinary, but not wow I got two stars for: 1. Inflated price tag for inappropriate dishes. Yes, it's not terrible, you can eat, but they're not worth the price. 2. There is no service I judge not by Russian establishments, but by Abkhazian ones. The place near the waterfall is much better, but, unfortunately, there were no empty tables when we arrived. At the same time, it's a beautiful place. I lived in the waterfall boarding house and in the evening I could hear music. That is, for whom it is relevant, it can be fun to relax in the evening. And another small plus is that they don't charge 10% for maintenance.

The Griffin restaurant has been visited for a period of 10 years, and if we compare then and now, then the quality has definitely dropped, the portion sizes too, and most importantly the taste of the cooked dishes. Salads, frying pan, shish kebab, khachapur are all not tasty, edible, but not tasty. Here, even in the photo, I give an example of my favorite salad "nest" in the photo where the eggs in the middle are 2022, the salad was very tasty, and the photo where the eggs on the edges are 2024 tasteless, poorly decorated and the eggs in the salad are not fresh!, the design-serving of dishes is also not the same as 10 and even 2 years ago. The cooks must have changed. The prices are naturally not low, but for such a quality of dishes they do not correspond at all.

For example, trout baked with vegetables 900 rubles for 400 grams, of which trout is 100 grams, and everything else on top is Bulgarian pepper, apparently the harvest. We also took the signature Griffon salad, it's just a mess. The wine was brought warm🤦🏻♀️Two stars for the beautiful view.

We visited in May 2025 We went to dinner on a recommendation We ordered food and drinks for 5k+ They asked for a glass to taste the donated wine. He said he couldn't. We asked the management to clarify or calculate the traffic fee for us. They canceled what they didn't have time to cook, listened to obscene comments. What they brought to taste is 4 stars, but the dressing is full of insults. It's not hospitable. Someday we'll try to repeat the hike, maybe the attitude will change.

There is a lot of pathos, no service. The waitress is not friendly, the wait is long. We ordered okroshka, clarified the composition, said vegetable, without sausage, waited for half an hour, it turned out to be with sausage. The Griffin salad is disgusting, it looks good, but inside there really is some kind of mess of meat cut up for jelly and vegetables of an incomprehensible consistency, as if left over from previous visitors, flavored generously with mayonnaise. I do not recommend it, there are places nearby with more delicious dishes and friendly staff.

We have never seen such a terrible place. The waiters walk like zombies, are not friendly and cannot navigate the menu. We ordered two frying pans and coffee, we saw the prices on the menu perfectly, the cost of the frying pan was indicated at 600 rubles. When the bill was brought-it indicated the cost of 900 rubles for one frying pan, we naturally ask the waiter, we say that there was a different price on the menu. To which he replies: "you just looked at the wrong place" and brings a completely different menu, where other prices are indicated (much higher). We had never met with such a brazen deception before and were shocked to say the least. We hope that you will not work long with this approach.

Beautiful and well maintained territory. There are places both indoors and outdoors. The wait is very long, more than 25 minutes, and not even during rush hour, with minimal boarding. Kitchen..nothing unusual, the pitch is weak. The borscht was with a raw piece of meat, and the onions in the shish kebab were sour. The evenings there are modest, it used to be more fun.

Good afternoon, reading the positive reviews about this hotel, I can not understand what is good and positive about this hotel!!??? We had a family vacation in August at this hotel, upon arrival in the room everything was dusty, dirty floors, sink, shower room all in mold, toilet flowed and buzzed all the time... The air conditioner was rattling so that the walls were shaking!!! They tried to fix it, but it was useless!! There is an administrator at the reception who is indifferent to everyone and everything!!! The cleaning lady is spreading bites on the floor, complaining about fate and how little she is paid for her work... The horror!!! For 7000 rubles per day, this hotel is not worth the money!!! I do not recommend it!!!! Dirty hotel!!! There is no sound insulation, the walls are thin, the neighbors are stomping from above!!! I can hear everything, horror!! No rest!!!
