I was recently in Toykhan at a family event. The hall was renovated, the bathroom was moved to the basement (I think this is not very convenient). The kitchen did not surprise, but it did not upset, the usual cuisine, as in many restaurants in the city. Main course (beshbarmak), I liked it. Soup with meatballs - no, samsa is better in other widths, I haven't tried salads. But you can't leave there hungry, the portions are large, everything is satisfying. Tea leaves much to be desired - this is a disadvantage of all city banquet halls in our city. I didn't pay much attention to the service. The usual Kazakh-Uzbek interior, the dishes have not been updated. What I don't like about this place is that there are very few parking spaces.

The unpalatable herring under the fur coat is smeared on the plate as if all the ingredients are separate and olivier has terrible barrel cucumbers! Samsa 10/10 and pizza with an indefinite baked mass under a grater.service 3/10 . Napkins were begged for, appliances were waiting for a long time. And the drinks were not served by the waiter (perhaps the status of the cafe)??? And I also didn't like the exit from the hall and the toilets on the right, it's so smoky, the smoke is worth chopping with an axe! Earlier on December 6, the Christmas tree was already decorated. And also the dance floor: they came out of the booths and almost swept away our tables, dancing right over our heads, it was not very pleasant.

Nice, wonderful restaurant. Everything is very cool and satisfying, everything is fresh, the table is full, the portions are huge, it's gorgeous for such an amount. The hall has been renovated and is fresh and cozy.
