in principle, a good intermediary, parcels are delivered by air within 4-5 days from the date of dispatch, but they do not provide compensation or at least apologies for lost goods, they recently lost the goods, could not find them, they did not find them in the warehouse, they apparently lost them somewhere at the border, they did not even apologize for this horror, but thank God the goods were it's not that expensive, but it's still a shame, we haven't tried home delivery yet, but we don't really want to risk it. It's better to go to the pick-up point ourselves and pick it up, the service is normal, but they are clearly not responsible for the loss of goods

The worst service I've seen is empty promises, and the goods take a very long time to arrive, much longer than indicated. They ignore it all the time and answer very lazily, you need to ask a lot of questions to understand something. Delivery in the city also works poorly, I waited a day, but they forgot, I said that I would order a Yandex taxi myself, and when the courier arrived, they simply disappeared and had to pay a fine. In general, find a better service

Long delivery , they show that the goods have arrived , as a result , they can not find me . How will they find "write" why then write that the delivery has arrived? Does it turn out that for you, customers are the ones who come to the office? And who writes and asks to send the delivery, we're in the background, right? DEAR EMPLOYEES, if you accept payment for cargo, please send the goods. Instead of postponing and writing that "we can't find the product"
