Great apartment! The location is excellent, 10 minutes on foot and you are on a busy tourist street with cafes and restaurants. The apartment is clean, cleaning every day. They are equipped with everything necessary. The staff is hospitable and friendly. We felt at home.👍

Convenient location (relative center, close to the main center, close to the metro, you can walk anywhere, near a minimarket and a private vegetable shop with fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables), hospitable and friendly staff (including Russian speakers), quickly fix problems in the room, coffee machine in the lobby with incoming coffee and tea are included in the room rate. Daily cleaning of the apartments. We lived with two children for 5 days, during which time the towels were changed every day and we managed to change the bed linen. We had a new apartment with a large balcony= terrace with comfortable armchairs. We had breakfast there in good weather. The windows faced the courtyard, so it was very quiet and we slept with the balcony door open. There is shower gel and lotion in the bathroom, dish detergent in the kitchen, a minimal set of dishes and cooking utensils. Of the cons: we lived in an apartment on the 2nd floor, there is a terrace below where other guests can chat and smoke around the clock and all the smoke will fly into your apartment, if you are not fans of such options, you need to choose another room. A shower with a glass fence that does not close completely, the shower holder is stationary, it cannot be made higher or lower, and the watering can is directed almost horizontally. It is quite possible that it was necessary not to buy Smeg kettles in the rooms, but to use the money to buy convenient shower holders. We were accommodated in a room with a sofa in the living room, with two children, it turned out to be not a good option in terms of the fact that the sofa is a French folding bed and occupies the floor of the living room, makes it difficult to pass through when disassembled, the refrigerator cannot be opened, and unfolding and folding every day is not very convenient. The dishes except the cups are plastic, there are few appliances, there is no dishwasher (on vacation, I don't want to wash dishes with my hands every day after 4 people). There were problems with hot water, in the morning and evening, when there was a high flow rate, the water turned to the maximum in the hot mode gave only minimally warm water, under which it is possible to wash. The four of us were accommodated in this room, but upon arrival, the bed was made and the linen and towels were only for two, we had to ask for everything we needed for the children and make the bed ourselves. The chairs on the balcony are also only for 2 people, there are no folding options for four people.

Modern apartments. Good location, clean and fresh rooms, daily cleaning. The staff is responsive and helpful. An incredible perfume in the halls. I really liked that the windows overlook the courtyard, it's quiet, no one is yelling. An unrealistically cool place, there is an underground parking for cars, very cool. And all this stuff for an unrealistically low price! Respect to the team
