I made a purchase from your Gratis store in Bağcılar Bazaar branch on 19.03.2026 at around 21.30. The store was extremely crowded due to the fact that it was the day of November and there was a 70 percent discount, and we waited for minutes at the checkout. Despite this, the customers who came down from the beauty floor were taken directly in front of us without waiting for any queue and everyone in the queue was entered. When I objected to the situation, the store manager lady came. When I asked why the customers who came down from the Beauty floor were passed in front of us, he explained as “They are e-commerce customers”; however, this explanation did not seem convincing because these people brought physical products and passed them through the safe. Moreover, when talking to me, he used extremely disturbing and manipulative expressions such as ”Don't roll your eyes at me“, ”We've been here since morning, we're working at this intensity, you can't stand half an hour, think a little from our point of view, we can't please you“, ”Make sure the queue is not moving because of those in front of you, most people don't even know the card password". The fact that they have been working hard since morning does not justify that customers from the beauty floor should take priority at the checkout. It was also not explained how this application has a connection with density. By saying the so-called “e-commerce customer”, both the rights of dozens of people waiting in line were entered and an attempt was made to cover up this situation. I have never encountered such an application in any gratis branch before, there was a situation that was extremely unfair, unreasonable and condescending to the customer. If I had not reacted at the checkout, many more people's rights would have continued to be entered. I do not accept that Decoupling between customers in this way and the time of people waiting in line is considered worthless. I demand that this situation is seriously examined, the necessary warnings and actions are taken about the relevant store manager and staff, and this unfair, unjust practice is clearly terminated.
