We stayed at the Grass Hotel with a large group of 6 people and were absolutely delighted! We rented a separate house — very cozy, spacious and comfortable for a large company. I especially liked the delicious and varied breakfasts, as well as the stunning view, which you can admire endlessly. There is everything on site for a great holiday: sauna, swimming pool, massage. After a busy day, it's a real treat! I would also like to mention the hospitality of the hosts — we were treated to a fragrant tea and incredibly delicious homemade wine, which created a special spiritual atmosphere. It feels like they take care of every guest here and do everything to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Good morning. In short, the hotel is not about the hotel theme, it is about the Abkhaz traditions, nature and atmosphere. We just came to spend the night, unfortunately, we couldn't steam in the sauna, we arrived a little late. The owners are handsome, the family business is friendly, and it is clear that this family invests not only money, but also its soul-good luck to such people and good health. We lived in a triangular house, this is nature, there are small disadvantages (bedbugs, they don't bite, of course, but it's a little unpleasant, ants give an entourage to wildlife, but they are well-mannered, they don't climb further than the floor), the house is clean, there is everything you need, water in the tap from the spring, a shower, a beautiful bathroom with a view through the window glass,table,sofa,TV and so on! The territory is well maintained, clean, green with views of the mountains and the mountain river. Unfortunately, it was out of season and there was no breakfast, but this is not a minus, it is more a plus, the owner made delicious coffee, poured his delicious rose wine, sincere conversations, kind dogs, they have, in general, everything is fine, they ate what they brought in the evening from the restaurant near the Abkhazian courtyard (I also recommend, amazing gazebos, the kitchen, and the place of the cot), and went on to travel. Total: I definitely recommend it! Great greetings and respect to the hosts! We started building a swimming pool-it will be even cooler soon!!!

It's probably a calm and quiet place, one of the few in Abkhazia where you pay and understand why. Everything is very well maintained and clean. The views are simply unreal, especially atmospheric in the evening when the illumination lights up. We stopped by in the evening and ordered dinner in advance. Everything is delicious, the wine and tangerine juice are beyond praise. We took complex breakfasts, there were three of us with a 9-year-old child. 2 breakfasts were enough, the portions are large and everything is very tasty, homely. I would like to mention the tailed friends separately. My daughter was delighted! The location is excellent. There were three days, two nights. We managed to visit Sukhum, New Athos, Pitsunda, Lake Ritsa and the nearby waterfalls. One evening we were thinking of having dinner in the city, but decided to go to the hotel, as the atmosphere there is special. Thank you for the pleasant memories of Abkhazia!

We had a vacation in June 2025. A stunning view point with excellent hosts who are determined to ensure that your vacation takes place with maximum comfort. We rented a house for 5 days. Silence, peace, birds singing and most importantly a panoramic wall on the mountain) Of course, breakfasts require special praise) At first it seemed expensive, but in the end I wanted to get out of bed every morning for breakfast. A gazebo with stunning views, new houses with new furniture on a cliff, pleasantly furnished with a soul. The territory is new, because the landscaping has not yet grown, but you can already see how this place will be surrounded by greenery. Every connoisseur of unity with nature, a romantic, or someone who needs a reboot should visit the Grass guest houses. With this text, I declare my love to everyone involved in the creation of such a magical place. Most recently, when planning a short trip to Abkhazia, we decided that we wanted to stop not at the coast, but in the mountains. But we didn't expect to find a place for ourselves where it would be so good. Everything is as promised: a gentrified territory, new houses, stylish interior, clean rooms, delicious food, uninterrupted wi-fi, a whole family of friendly and loving dogs and cats. If Abkhazia is a Country of the soul, then Grass is a house of the soul. We have lost the sense of time, and, frankly, we don't need it there: there are only majestic mountains, murmuring rivers, singing birds, intoxicating air, and you (a small grain of sand in the universe). None of this would have happened without the hospitable hosts! Every day they try to make this paradise better and better. I would like to express my gratitude to Uncle Beslan for his fatherly kindness, care and homemade treats; Manuchar for an incredibly warm welcome, attention to our wishes and an atmospheric bath; Augusta and her fairy assistants (Maria, Tatiana) for organizing comfort throughout the territory, as well as delicious meals that will not leave even the fastidious indifferent! It's a great place! We had a family vacation, 6 adults, we chose a two-story house, and everyone really liked it)) Beautiful terraces, spacious enough, on the 1st floor there is a kitchen and a sofa, on the second floor there are 2 bedrooms: a bed + a sofa, so there are enough beds for a large company. Towels, toothbrushes, hair dryer, frying pans, kettle - everything was in place) The only difficulty in the morning was that the water in the taps was gone, but since we were already on our way, we didn't ask for help) The territory is magnificent, with views of the mountains and the river, its own garden, sauna, as well as many friendly dogs and its own small restaurant, where we had a delicious dinner (large portions, a la carte selection). Ritsa is about 40 minutes away by car, Gagra is even less. We were glad to visit such a wonderful place, where we receive a warm welcome and hope to return again!

Two weeks in paradise! This is how I can describe our stay at the eco-hotel Grass in the mountains of Abkhazia. We lived in a gorgeous, spacious house with the whole family, and, importantly for us, with our little chihuahua. They were very friendly to our dog, which is very nice! The hotel also has its own dogs, and our pets have become wonderful friends. The cleanliness in the house is perfect, and what a view from the window... Every morning we were greeted by a stunning sunrise in the mountains – a sight that cannot be forgotten! I would like to say a special thank you to the warm and sincere hosts - Manuchar, Augustine. I would also like to mention Maria and Tatiana, who are incredibly polite and helpful, and have always been ready to help with any question. The very hospitality! It felt like we were visiting good friends instead of a hotel. We were absolutely delighted with this cozy corner! I liked it so much that we decided to stay one more night. The hotel is very comfortable: there is a large house for 10 people, and cozy chalet houses - everything is thought out for the convenience of guests. (we managed to live both there and there) I was especially pleased with the cleanliness and the atmosphere, as if I were visiting good friends. And how delicious we were fed! The hostess personally cooked dinner — you can just lick your fingers! Wine from a local shop (by the way, from the owner) — perfectly complemented the evening. Another highlight of this hotel is its stunning garden! The area is simply magical: fruit trees grow here, you can taste fresh fruits directly from the branch during the season. But the most amazing thing is the rare Red Book plants. The children were absolutely delighted with the pets of the hotel — the most friendly dogs of different breeds live on the territory! The territory is well maintained, green, very cozy. But the main thing is the people! Hospitable, warm-hearted, with an open heart. This is how we will remember Abkhazia — kind, sunny and welcoming. I was very afraid that in reality everything would turn out to be much worse than in the photo. But, as it turned out, in vain. The house is completely as in the photo- large, two-story, with a magnificent view of the mountain. Well-groomed territory and wonderful, kindest dogs). This location is ideal if you are traveling by car. It won't be very convenient without a car. Large enclosed area. There is a parking lot. Food must also be ordered in advance. We didn't order dinner, so we went without dinner. Thanks to the administrator, we treated you to tea and cookies. But we didn't come hungry, so it's not critical. But breakfast has already been ordered in advance. It was prepared for us right on time. Everything was fresh and very tasty- we didn't regret it. Special thanks for the included split systems. We drove into the pleasant coolness.In short, in such conditions, we would love to stay for a couple more days!

Before booking, I carefully studied many hotels in Abkhazia, and this one is the best, judging by the reviews and the atmosphere of the photos. I would like to note that the host met me halfway and refunded 100% of the cost, despite the fact that the reservation was non-refundable. The perfect place for a good night's sleep. Matches the photos. The rooms are very spacious, and the house as a whole. All the views from the windows and balconies to nature, which is incredibly pleasing to the eye.At night, you can hear the flow of a mountain river, and in the morning, the fabulous chirping of birds (this is a May review).Very well maintained and beautiful territory. WiFi worked perfectly. The room was heated by air conditioning pretty quickly. If they had known right away that they could order breakfast or another meal, they would have booked a house even without a kitchen (according to the reviews below, the food is very good). Wine tasting and acquaintance with the owners unfortunately passed us by, communication via messenger is quite prompt. But there is also a good restaurant 10 minutes away by car. I went to see the sauna just before leaving, and the view from the recreation area is a complete delight! I'm already fantasizing about my next visit, and I'll take advantage of all the possibilities of this place. There were towels, shower cosmetics, slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste in the house. The kitchen utensils were not fully equipped, in this particular situation it did not matter to us, and I think if we had asked, we would have been given the missing items.

She's absolutely thrilled, especially with the dogs— she didn't want to leave! This was the second time we came: the first time was with a large company, we took a house, this time with a family, we rented a room. All the houses are wooden, cozy, with stunning views all around. The breakfasts were delicious and satisfying, and the dinners were also very enjoyable — especially the delicious wine. The atmosphere is warm, as if we had come to visit old friends. Nice place, clean house, friendly receptionist 👍 Stayed on the way from Ritsa. 4 points only for breakfast and the proximity of the road. Breakfast is only a complex of 1500 rubles per person. I only have coffee for breakfast, my wife has a sandwich, and my 5-year-old daughter has porridge and tea. 4500r for such a breakfast is very expensive. It's a very cool place!!! For all the time we traveled through Abkhazia, and we traveled all over it, stopping every day in a new place, this place really turned out to be one of the best!!! We had a rest in September. I really liked everything. The place is beautiful. The views of the mountains are wonderful. The river is nearby. The hosts are helpful. The food is delicious. We took dinners and lunches. We ordered borscht for lunch. The borscht is magnificent. Khachapur is very tasty, the most delicious that has been tasted in Abkhazia. Within a 10-minute walk from the hotel there is a wine cheese and honey tasting. You can also taste and buy honey wines at the hotel.

National, delicious cuisine, at home, with a soul, they set the table for us, turned on jazz, such a buzz♥️ At the end of the dinner, a smoky hookah was brought to us, which we took to the terrace of the house and enjoyed the view🥰 Without a twinge of conscience, the owner of the hotel himself said that we were in paradise. And it's true🤌🏻 This place is not about business, but about a person and his mission🙏🏻 I remember Abkhazia for its gorgeous nature and eco-hotel Grass My sincere recommendation. Ordering dinner there, while still at home and just planning a trip, there were no high expectations, but there is no cafe nearby, so we decided that it would be better to eat right on the spot. It turned out that everything was delicious there. Khinkali is perfect, mussels are top class. They took a lot more things, for example, the mutton surprised. There are not many places in Abkhazia where such dishes are cooked so well. 3. A very beautiful house. Outside and inside, everything is done as beautifully and conveniently as possible. Each room has a rich interior, not just a bed and a table. The chairs are very comfortable, the curtains are high-quality and dense. There is a balcony where we went to have dinner and breakfast, because there are a number of mountains right in front of the balcony. 4. Cleanliness. We walked around the house barefoot. In addition to a clean house, the cleanliness of the guests was also taken care of, many mini versions of shampoos, balms, gels, body lotions, disposable toothbrushes were provided. I saw this for the first time in Abkhazia. There is a kitchen and a dining room on site where you can sit. There are many plants that are pleasant to look at. A great place to relax. There are gorgeous views all around, the Bzyb mountain river across the road. Silence, nature, mountains. 🏔️ ❤️We rented a detached house. The house had everything for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed it. We hope to come back again.
