Good afternoon. I ask you to reconsider the decision on application No. 880143959-1. I ordered a workbook for an English textbook (3rd grade), but I actually received a textbook that I had previously purchased. Thus, the product does not match the order (a configuration error on the part of the seller). I consider the refusal to return in this situation to be unjustified, since we are not talking about a refund for personal reasons, but about receiving the wrong product. Please re-examine the application and issue a refund. I am ready to provide additional photos and order confirmations. I disagree with the refusal and will have to contact the consumer union.
