The hotel is surprisingly decent. I am writing "surprisingly", because there was a stereotype in my head that I was going to the wilderness and ruin. I made a mistake. We were warmly welcomed at the reception, and the documents were processed as requested. The hotel is relatively fresh both in appearance and in the condition of the interior, although there are signs of exploitation in some places - the outlet in my room was hanging on the wires. And, by the way, she was alone in the room (except for the one for the hair dryer in the bathroom). It's inconvenient, and I even had to move the refrigerator because the wire couldn't reach it. The air conditioner couldn't turn on, no matter how hard I tried. Breakfasts are prepared with a soul. Thanks! Breakfast is included. To choose from: either porridge + bread with cheese and butter + samsa or pancakes, or the second option: scrambled eggs + the same. I had it like that. I took both (for an additional fee of 1,500 tenge). I had to print out several sheets, but they didn't help with the printer. They say there's no way... we'll lie nearby, 5-7 minutes on foot, Balkhash, and it's almost the sea! They were conducted politely and kindly. It's possible that I'll come back here.

Nice hotel. Be quiet. I took a break for half a day. The hotel is conveniently located and easy to find The room was of the "standard" category - shower and toilet in the room. There is an "economy" shower and toilet on the floor. There is a spacious parking lot next to the hotel. I ordered a room by phone, and they booked it and received it well. There is a lake not far from the hotel. Some rooms offer beautiful lake views. I recommend it to those who like to meet sunrises.

The hotel is not a Rixos or a Hilton, it was 06/02/2025-06/06/2025 (room 212, cost 204,000 tenge), 3 adults, 2 children (2 years old), we came from cold Astana for the heat, clean air and the sea I don't have time to describe the pros and cons, but I'd like to come back here again. I didn't rent an apartment because I didn't know in advance if it would be smoky (I can't stand smells) - the breakfasts could have been better, with the same ingredients - the staff obviously did not receive customer communication training, but they sincerely try to help. + clean, no odors, not smoky + wifi secure + the building is old, the walls are thick, it's cool even at +35 (the air conditioner was not included) the climate in the village is hot, the children are tanned, all the snot and cough have passed by themselves

This time we decided to stay in the city of Priozersk, which is located beyond Balkhash. There's a hotel called Granit. Externally and internally, I liked her, and I wrote in advance via WhatsApp to find out the price for one night (two adults and a child). They answered me — 22,000 tenge (I have a screenshot). However, when we arrived late in the evening, the administrator told us a different amount — 32,000 tenge. When I showed him the correspondence and reminded him about the 22,000, he replied: “Here's the price list, there will be 32,000 for you. Apparently, I used to count you as half a day. I don't know why I did that.” There are no other hotels in the city anymore. Changing the price in the middle of the night is at least unethical from a business point of view, and at most it's cheating. As a result, I had to register it as a half-day and pay 22,000, but breakfast was not included. After such a lie, there was no mood for breakfast left. If I had known about such “surprises” in advance, it would have been better to rent a luxury apartment in Balkhash or stay at a recreation center by the lake for the money. We stopped in Priozersk just so that the next day's journey would be shorter. I won't be staying here anymore. I strongly do not recommend staying at this hotel. The room may not have the components of the list on the door, keep an eye on this, we did not have a dryer provided in our economy class room, in the morning we asked to bring it, and in the evening we went to clarify where the dryer was, to which we received the following response from the HOSTESS: "well, you have an economy, where do you put it there?"firstly, it does not concern them, secondly, there is plenty of space, and thirdly, we ourselves dragged the dryer to our room on the 4th floor up the stairs.We have to extract information about the hotel from the admins.
