Overall, it's a good hotel, although it's not the newest (even after renovation). Don't expect anything special, these are not Turkish five stars. The food is normal, nothing more, the rooms are normal, the staff is normal. The location is also not bad (it's not the center of Limassol at all, if anything).

If you want to relax in a hotel without a service, then you are here! There is not a single employee on the beach or near the pool, except for the half-sleeping lifeguards. Not a single question or request is being resolved, and there is absolutely no one to turn to. Broken umbrellas or their absence should be decided by the vacationers themselves. We didn't have an umbrella, and the girl who handed out towels offered to find and bring us a heavy umbrella from somewhere! There are no waiters either on the beach or near the pool. The reception is staffed by robots who are completely indifferent to everyone and everything, and who are too lazy to answer a question in a few words. The staff at the bar are talking as if you're asking them for something for free. In general, there is simply no service here! There is no cleaning in the room either. They'll just make up the bed and leave. We stayed at a hotel twice as cheap last year and realized that it is much cooler and more enjoyable than this expensive hotel, which is not worth the money at all.
