At the time of purchase, they called me, I told them not to take it, but they had already paid for it. The parents politely asked for a refund or exchange for other medicines. To which they heard a rude "no". The call center also did not help resolve the situation, citing the network's policy. And I understand everything, however, the parents hadn't even left the pharmacy yet, and it was possible to understand it in a human way and try to solve it somehow. 😡
