The hotel is located in a historic Palazzo on the Grand Canal, in the prestigious quarter of San Marco. St. Mark's Square is close, the location is great. An important detail: There is no staff! Check-in is automated, but it can be long and nerve-wracking. You need to upload the documents yourself, communicate with a representative, navigate the place, which door to which. When I was there, everything was not very clear and not very obvious. I hope the situation has improved. The rooms themselves are in a historical style, not big, but not small either. I had a view of the canal from one window - it's amazing! But in the bathroom, for example, it was cool. And sometimes there was a hot water outage. In general, everything is OK, but self-settlement here is energy-intensive even with knowledge of the Italian language.
