On the advice of the master, we chose a Grand Meyer heating mat and a thermostat. I got on this site, the prices are good and there are also discounts when buying a kit. I ordered everything - it arrived very quickly, on the same day, although we said that we would be home very late and it might not be very convenient for them. After a while, when the floor master arrived, he still said that we needed a heating cable, not a mat, we have a very difficult floor. They called Konstantin and explained what needed to be changed. Everything was delivered on the same day without any problems and the difference in price was also refunded. Probably two weeks later, when it was time to lay the cable, it turned out that there was not enough cable, you need to take more ... no comment here… I call Konstantin again and tell him that I need more cable and urgently. Drum roll... we have the cable in 15 minutes. What can I say - customer orientation is at the highest level! Thank you very much to Konstantin for his work and good attitude towards the client!
