Good afternoon, unfortunately, this hotel has some disadvantages. The reception is rude and open; all the services listed on the hotel's website simply do not exist. Check-in after 15:00 (in all hotels at 14:00), check-out at 11:00 (although it is 12:00 on the website). Real thieves. The toilets are dirty, and the whole lobby stinks like a bus station. I do not recommend this hotel to rest.
