On the plus side, an employee from the office really tried to solve our problems and the most critical ones (shower and light) I've decided. Well, the location as a whole has a view - the sea, orders, views of the "Batumi Manhattan" from new buildings, that's all.
In short, I can't recommend it precisely because of the technical condition of the room
Nice apartment, as in the photo.
You can arrange with the administration to leave your things in the morning before checking in, and in general they respond cordially to requests.

Grand City Apartments does not have a 24-hour reception, what they put up for a 24-hour reception on different sites is probably the reception of the Orbi apartments themselves. There will also be no early check-in without a 24-hour front desk, at most after 10 a.m., after the office opens. By the way, the Orbi reception desk will not understand which "Grand Apartments" you are talking about. There were mugs and kitchen utensils in my room, but no cutlery. In addition, the booking may indicate that a washing machine is available – and so it is, but the powder will not be provided.
