We decided to try out a new hotel in the center. The location is not bad. On the second beach street. BigS is 10 minutes away, Central Pattaya and the Night Market are 5 minutes away on foot. A walk to the hotel along the streets past the hospital. Thai hardworking girls are always standing there)) The rooms are nice, the furniture is beautiful, not tired. A large refrigerator, which was a huge plus for me, because I traveled with 3 children, and this is a lot of food and drinks that are not always eaten immediately. The microwave! Kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, powdered milk. Safe deposit. Water in glass bottles. Don't throw away empty bottles! Just leave them on the table. In the bathroom, everything is as usual: shampoo / shower gel 2 in 1, soap. Disposable brushes should be requested at the reception. We found out about it late, so we bought our own. Here, things can only be kept open, there are no doors at the closet. We were settled in the 2nd building. At first they gave me a Family deluxe room on the second floor, but it smelled so much of dampness or sewage!!! After much persuasion, she asked to see another room. We were accommodated in the same room, but on the third floor. The view from the balcony is sad. Onto the balconies of Bella express. Although when I was looking for a trip, I chose one with a view of the pool. But here's my mistake, I didn't look at the pool view when booking. In general, it is difficult to come to an agreement at the reception in this regard. I was upset at first, but then we decided that we only had to spend the night in the room, and it's perfect for that. There are two beds in the family room: one single and the second (as I call it) triple))) very wide. The children are sleeping and don't even bother each other. And under one very wide blanket! The mattresses, by the way, are moderately hard and very comfortable. About audibility: there is almost none between the rooms, but in the corridor you can hear everything, as the elevator beeps around the corner, as at 5 a.m. drunk norod returns to the room laughing. Cleaning every day. We always left a chocolate bar, we didn't take it away. My daughter wrote a note in English to the person that this chocolate bar was for them, only then they took it away. The breakfasts are wonderful: scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausages of two types. Rice is simple, Thai, pasta Thai, pasta ordinary. The meat is pork, then chicken, then fish. Everything is delicious. Soups are also different. There was even borscht and I ate solyanka (it was gorgeous). Dessert with coffee is generally a separate story. I've never eaten such delicious cakes anywhere! By the way, instant coffee can be made with powdered milk, but there is a coffee machine where you can choose: espresso, latte... or just milk foam. There are two pools. The children chose the hotel because of the slide))) the water is clear, but it smells like bleach, but we didn't mind, the main thing is you can ride downhill. The pool is 150 cm deep. There is a children's room, it's probably 50 cm deep. My son (7 years old) doesn't care about his buttocks, but he swam in the big one in armbands. On the eighth floor there is a 140 cm swimming pool, there is no smell of bleach. And there's also a sauna. For the first time in our lives we went to the sauna in the evenings))) probably because it's January and the air temperature is +21 in the evenings. The water is also refreshing. There are a lot of Hindus, but also a lot of Russians. The Indians are relaxing by the lower pool. My son met them and went down the hill) Russians are relaxing on the top floor. In general, I recommend the hotel to those who like the hustle and bustle, the center, and a lot of walking. It's very chic for a budget vacation!

A good ordinary hotel, located on the second line, about 10 minutes walk to the sea. There are 2 Grand Bella and Bella Express hotels in the same complex! The room is cozy, there is a kettle, a microwave, a refrigerator larger than usual in hotels, there is a table and armchairs on the balcony. Pastel linen, towels, and snow-white linen are changed every day. The breakfasts are excellent, two pools, one on the large territory (but unfortunately it was not working at the time we were there), the second on the roof. The territory is well maintained, the location is excellent, shops, markets, pharmacies.

We stayed at this hotel in February - March 2026. The location is convenient, a little further from the Second Road. Everything in central Pattaya is within walking distance. The beach is close, of course, not the best. But if you don't mind hiking, you can safely walk along the shore to the beaches in the north, and there the sand is whiter and the water is clear and blue. As an alternative to trips to Koh Lan. The hotel is not bad. The room is comfortable and large. There is a good refrigerator, microwave, kettle, safe, and a huge TV on the wall. The linen and towels are clean. The room cleaning is good, every day. We slept peacefully at night, it was quiet. It's only been a couple of days that someone has been talking loudly in the hallway, but it's been a few minutes. We got up early, everything was OK for breakfast, everything was available, 5/5. We went to the pool and sauna on the 8th floor. There are few people there and it's quiet. We swam in the lower pool several times. There are a lot of Hindus there, but there aren't any. The hotel has a cooler and coffee from the coffee machine from 11 to 18h.
