The quality of the flowers is great, the girls will always help with the choice. It is very convenient to pay online and deliver , for many years a regular customer and every time a delight

There is no limit to indignation! On Thursday, we pre-ordered a bouquet for the event. They chose the one they liked for 50p, but asked to make it more magnificent and richer. We left an advance payment. Today, the seller (another girl) handed us the same bouquet (already drunk), but for 70p! Referring to the fact that you wanted 70 rubles, you get it! There are more branches here. It's not about the number of branches and the amount.. We would have paid without any problems. But they asked for a bigger bouquet in terms of size, and they got a short bouquet. In addition, we agreed to pick up the flowers at 14:00 exactly because we left immediately for the event. We approach the pavilion at 14:00, and it is closed for a break. It's unpleasant... but the worst part is the seller's rudeness! There's no time to redo it, and we're already late for the event due to a technical break. I used to be happy to buy flowers in this place, but now the sellers have changed and there is no desire to return there!

I don't know how these "Talking Flowers" have been able to stay afloat with their business for so long... The price tag clearly exceeds not only for flowers, but also for related products. In addition, some of the sellers need to be taught manners. Because when you come in, they're watching movies on their laptop, and they're still watching. After asking the price of anything, they respond as if they were interrupted from an important matter. In general, I do not recommend it.
