I am updating the review, or rather, I will supplement it since I did not stay at the hotel for a long time last time. I have removed 1 of the 4 stars set earlier and I will tell you why.: 1) The room is cleaned only if you tell the reception. I forgot to tell you - the room wasn't cleaned. And so the room can be without cleaning for several days. 2) And the most important thing for me is the disgusting Internet!!! Routers and repeaters are scattered all over the floors, but the Internet very often crashes (disappears) and is restored after 5 minutes and maybe 10 times in an hour - IT'S TERRIBLY ANNOYING!!! It's impossible to work!!! It is impossible to make business calls when they are constantly interrupted!!! disgusting Internet!!! Change your provider or increase your speed!!! But, strangely, sometimes an hour doesn't fly out at all. You don't have to do it one time at a time. It probably depends on the number of online users. 3) Breakfast! Yes, they appeared. But it's the same every day. The only choice is an icing or an omelet, the rest is the same. They take out a plate with fried eggs, fresh lettuce, 4 slices of cucumber, 1 sliced cherry tomato, 4 pieces of baguette, 2 sausages, butter and something else. That's it, you won't get anything else. There is no choice and there is nothing extra. Well, except for tea or instant coffee. I lived here for 4 weeks and after a week I don't want to eat this breakfast anymore, but I have no choice, I don't have a place to have breakfast anymore, and there's not even a refrigerator in the room, just a kettle and a mug. Today is April 2026 and I cannot recommend this hotel if you plan to stay here for more than 2 days. But you can read my review for the year 23-24. Overall, a new hotel, newly renovated, but Rooms without breakfast. There is nowhere to have breakfast at all, only if you buy it somewhere and eat it at the hotel. There is no elevator, it is not easy to carry a suitcase to the 4th floor. There are no normal shops nearby, let alone supermarkets. There are no cafes with restaurants nearby (There is a pub - type snack bar, and a little lower there is a restaurant "shalash", but it's better to come there for dinner, during the day it feels like you are not welcome there.). Something more or less normal is 15 minutes on foot or 500 tenge by taxi. But there is an embankment and monuments. My deluxe room has a refrigerator, air conditioning, kettle and glasses. The room has not been cleaned for 3 days. I went to the reception, they told me that they do not clean the room at all without the permission of the guests. That is, if I hadn't come over, they wouldn't have cleaned at all. He came out every morning and told them to clean up and change the towels. Generally tolerable. But I can't say that I recommend it, if you don't have anywhere else to live, then you can come here.

Excellent budget hotel in the city center, everything is clean and new. Everything we asked for at the reception was given without any problems. There is a cafe on the ground floor of this building, recently opened. You can have a great breakfast there. In the standard room, the chandelier worked in two modes: cold and warm light, a very cool solution. We recommend it.
