We rested in a 4-bed room, we could not understand its structure. It turned out to be better than expected. The area is 40-45 squares. A large bedroom with a double bed, then a corridor with stairs, from there a bathroom and upstairs a separate bedroom for children. The room has a kettle, refrigerator, TV, balcony. The heating is very good, we turned off the batteries for the children because it was hot. Shampoos, shower gels, beauty kits, slippers, tea, coffee, water, toothbrushes. Cleaning every day. The breakfast is good. Hammam, Russian, sauna and swimming pool. Friendly staff, speaks Russian. We were satisfied. Of the hotels with spa and breakfast, they were the most affordable. I recommend it!

Overall, I liked everything. A cozy room. Polite staff. Quiet and well-maintained area. You can have a dog. I liked the pool, as if there were no bleach in it at all, it is very pleasant to swim. Good sauna, not dry. The hammam is not big, but it fulfills its purpose. Breakfast will go, of course, they don't report it somewhere, but you can eat basic food. There are disadvantages, but they are fixable, so I will not take away the star. Minuses: it wouldn't take much to repair the roofs and crowbar trim. The faucet in our room was loose and the drain was leaking. They showed a comment, we hope they will correct it before the next tenants.

A great hotel near Mount Tegenis, the closest hotel to the mountain! The concept and location of the houses are very interesting The cabins require repairs in some places. The wardrobe in our room was broken and the hanger on the wall was missing (torn off) . The pool and sauna require renovation In general, I liked the hotel. We also really need an exit towards the ski resort. A wonderful hotel. The people are welcome, they do everything for your convenience. Rooms in small cottages. The room has everything you need. The pool is warm and clean, sauna, hammam, table tennis in the gym, everything is included in the payment. The breakfast is delicious, buffet style. And the hotel is located 5 minutes from the ski lifts. So I recommend it.

A great hotel for its price, we stayed here for a week, went skiing. Very helpful staff. The only drawback was that there weren't enough sockets in the room, only 2. So if you have a lot of things that need to be recharged, take a splitter or a booster with you.

The nearest hotel to the ski lifts at the time of the review. The comfortable rooms are not exactly adapted for skiers. (There are few hangers for drying clothes, boots and skis at all). Swimming pool and sauna. /Of the cons -->for that kind of money, the door in my room should open and close without dancing with tambourines, the walls should not be shabby, the sink should not crawl on the countertop. And in general: be ready to overcome a very steep climb on foot (~500m) to the lifts from the hotel.

Cons: the room stock needs repair (the door lock was buggy, the sink faucet was leaking in the bathroom, the TV remote did not always catch the signal), the prices are too high. Positive: good infrastructure, a cable car nearby, delicious and varied breakfasts, a swimming pool and the courtesy of the staff!

A cozy, peaceful place. Not far from the ski lift. After skiing, you can relax in the pool and sauna/hammam. Breakfasts with pleasant music and delicious dishes set the day on a positive note, and in the evening you can have a glass of wine at the bar. We had a two-storey room with a balcony and a beautiful view of the pines. I highly recommend this hotel!!!

It's a great place. There is a lift nearby. It is 300 meters away, but uphill. We walked. If it is difficult, Yandex taxi is 300 AMD. They are debited from any linked card. We were in late February-early March 2020. This is the closest hotel to the lifts, but we still used the free shuttle service, heading up the mountain, and walked back. Clean, beautiful courtyard, saunas, a beautiful large swimming pool, which was almost always only at our disposal. At first we lived in a two-storey room, it turned out to be a little cramped. Then we moved into a luxury cottage (with an additional fee, of course). The skis were stored right on the mountain. Just below there is a restaurant where each table is in a separate house, and they are well fed, but it is cool. I liked the breakfast at the hotel. If the funds allow, this is a very good option. If not, you can live much lower and take a taxi, it's not expensive at all. We foolishly bought strawberries in the city... the child was poisoned.

It's not a spa, it's a misunderstanding. The pool is very dirty (with floating snot, etc.), no one uses the shower after the bath and there are no signs about it, everyone jumps off the side ... The rooms are "shabby": peeling doors, falling off the sink, etc. For breakfast, you need to walk quite far from distant cottages - this is extremely inconvenient. An additional gate could be made from the mountain and the toll would not have to go an extra 200m, especially in G.L. boots. The trouble with room cleaning is: they come at 16-17 o'clock, when you just came from the mountain to rest...

This is the best place to stay in Tsakhkadzor. The complex employs responsive and friendly people. There is everything on site to have a good time: a swimming pool, a gym, a hammam, a sauna and a restaurant. The cottages are very cozy, spacious, they have everything you need: slippers, bathrobes, shower accessories, dishes. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, a living room with soft comfortable sofas, there is a small patio with a table and a barbecue. The complex is a small pet friendly, there is a room service that works until 00:00, which is very convenient) We were very satisfied with our stay and will definitely come here again. Nice but cold houses. The service is average in terms of cleaning. There is nothing for children except the pool. The pool itself is large but it is cool in it. The sauna saved me. The hammam did not work. They brought drinks to the pool. You can write down the expenses on the number. The cafe at the hotel is expensive and of average quality.
