I thank the host Maxim for his hospitality! I came to Abkhazia for the first time and did not regret it. I liked everything: starting from the sea and ending with the kindness of the hosts. The room is clean and cozy. All the amenities. Wi-Fi Air Conditioning. A comfortable kitchen. 10-15 minutes to the sea. The sea was clean and warm. The weather is amazing! I hope to be able to come next year. I didn't manage to complete the entire program - mountain meadows, a gorge, a town with hydrangeas, fishing, a Blue lake and waterfalls are waiting... I will recommend it to my friends.

Hello everyone!!! We stayed in this guest house from August 19th to 26th.2024. We came here from Barnaul with a company of two families. To say that we liked it here is practically nothing to say...Friends, this is one of the best, hospitable, simply wonderful guest houses where we rested!!! The most important thing, of course, is the owners: Maxim, his son Emir, who are engaged in this interesting business!!! It is immediately clear that people are not indifferent to vacationers!!! Cleanliness, comfort, and maintaining order are the most important guarantees of a good holiday!!! At the meeting with Maxim, he explained to us, told and showed us all the nuances of living, the infrastructure of the guest house site. The dining area (kitchen) with air conditioning is simply magnificent for vacationers!!! There is everything you need for self-cooking (two gas stoves, dishes in full, etc.) Tables, two refrigerators, the shelves of which are numbered according to the numbers of the GD, which is very convenient and rational!!! The territory of the state house is well maintained, which has a swing, gazebo, barbecue area, swimming pool (always with clean water!!!). The rooms are quite conservative, but everything is there for a comfortable stay, cleanliness and order everywhere!!! I definitely recommend this guest house to stay and relax!!!
