We had a vacation in August 2025. This is our next stop at Karina's. I really like this place. The house is located not far from the center, but far from the main road (you can't hear the noise of cars), a very spacious courtyard and a view of the sea 🌊🌊🌞You can park a car in the courtyard. The house has a large kitchen. Rooms for every taste. I am especially pleased to have the opportunity to sit and swim in the sea near the house. The hostess of the house will always help in any situation. Everything is very clean and cozy.

I rested at Karina's guest house from 10.07 to 29.07. 23. The impression of the rest was GREAT!!! The house is clean, there are a lot of dishes, there are enough refrigerators for everyone, and there is still room, a sufficient number of bathrooms. And what a gorgeous view from the terrace to the sea! The private beach is just SUPER! In the photo, it does not seem to be a very convenient approach, but in fact it is quite easy to enter, since special steps are made, the depth is normal, with my height of 170, somewhere up to my chest. By the way, you can go to other beaches that are 5-10 minutes away, both to the left and to the right. A shop with all necessary goods, a cafe and a bus stop are 2 minutes away on foot. The market can be reached in about 5-7 minutes. I want to say a big thank you to the hostess Karina! I hope to return to this fairy tale next summer😊

We had a rest with the whole family and children at the wonderful hostess, the good-natured Karina Vladimirovna. The room is on the ground floor, with air conditioning, I liked the conditions. There is Wi-Fi. Everything is clean everywhere, perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay. The showers are clean, it is possible to start washing. The kitchen is comfortable, everyone who cooks on their own fits perfectly, both on the stoves (there are two of them) and on the tables, refrigerators. There are tables directly overlooking the sea, especially cozy on the terrace of the second floor. In the morning, it's a pleasure to wake up and have breakfast on the terrace. The house has access to the sea, through the breakwaters there is a small ladder into the water. On the other side of the house there is a beautiful, gorgeous view of the mountain, which rests on top of the clouds. Within walking distance of shops, cafes Psyrtskha, pebble beach and a little further on the shell rock, there are cafes with delicious food on both beaches. We traditionally ate at the nearby cafe "at Marat's." There is also a rental of sapboards. And guys on jet skis come up, offer to ride a banana or a cheesecake. I highly recommend Karina to all family, calm and friendly vacationers, I really want Karina Vladimirovna to come across cultured, grateful, responsible vacationers who know how to appreciate peace and comfort (their own and others').
