They are allowed inside only with guided tours that start at 12:00. Guided tours are conducted in two languages, Serbian and English. The interiors are dilapidated, of course, but considering that the town hall is still used for its intended purpose, it is impressive.

It's a great place, there are guided tours inside the building at 12 o'clock, and you can even climb the tower, which overlooks the entire city.
