I would like to express my gratitude to the 2nd city hospital, namely the Department of General Surgery. I came to the emergency room on January 3, 2026. I was admitted from there, examined, and diagnosed. They operated immediately after the diagnosis. The doctors were professionals in their field, and I thank them very much for their hard work, good attitude to patients, efficiency, professionalism, and care. Special thanks to the surgeon: Zhaksylyk Berik Alikhanov, Pelevin Evgeny Alekseevich and the kindest/ most beautiful nurse Saya Bakytzhankyzy

Good afternoon! Like a true Kazakh, I went to the hospital when there really was nowhere else to go. The dry cough became so debilitating and severe that it seemed like the lungs were about to burst out. As a result, I was forced to apply to the pulmonology department of the 2nd multidisciplinary city hospital of Astana. Probably, such a late appeal is explained by the fact that, unfortunately, many of us have a certain distrust of doctors on a subconscious level. There are too many negative stories around: poorly treated, treated formally, without participation… But it all fell apart literally from the very first minutes of my stay in the hospital. The hospitalization process turned out to be surprisingly easy, fast and organized. It took no more than 40 minutes from the moment I applied to the ward. Cleanliness, order, neatness — everything commands respect. Any requests from patients are carried out promptly. I asked to replace the bed with a more comfortable one, and in less than three minutes there was already another bed in the room. The junior medical staff deserves special warm words — they are nice, friendly, attentive, smiling people. I would like to mention the nurses and nurses Aigerim, Aliya, Azamat, Assel. When you look at them, it feels good not only to the eye, but also to the heart. And when the soul is at ease, recovery goes faster. Special thanks to the treatment nurse Almira, a true master of her craft. He'll calm you down, talk to you, and do everything carefully, quickly, and professionally! It feels as if she has a very precise timer built in inside: there has never been a situation where the IV ran out and had to wait. Everything is on time, clearly, confidently. The head of the department, Abishev Meyrzhan, and my attending physician, Aitkazina Aigerim, deserve special thanks! These are real professionals. We came into the ward several times a day, inquired about how we felt, asked questions, and showed sincere concern! If necessary, the treatment was adjusted, optimal solutions were sought, and the most effective protocol was selected. I understand that a hospital is a stream of patients, a high workload, and a responsibility. But despite this, these people have not hardened their hearts and humanity has not disappeared! Summing up, I can say with confidence that a strong, friendly, well-coordinated team has formed in the Department of pulmonology of the 2nd multidisciplinary city Hospital of Astana. Here, people support each other, help each other — and this directly affects the quality of patient treatment! Honor and praise to such a department and such a team! Thank you so much for your hard work, care and human attitude. You are very good people. I want to meet you again and again... of course, not in the hospital or for medical reasons, but just in life. May God grant you health, well-being and all the best!

I would like to express my gratitude to the 2nd city hospital, namely the Department of Cardiology and intensive care of this department. My mother, M. G. Kantarbayeva, was admitted to this hospital on 02/14/2025 in an unconscious state, the staff did everything at the highest level, it's obvious that they are professionals in their field, thank them very much for their work, I don't know some people visit this hospital, but I saw care there, a good attitude towards patients, efficiency, but this is my opinion. Special thanks to the intensive care unit. Thank you all very much, may Allah bless you and your loved ones!!!
