We stayed at this hotel at the end of July 2025. The rooms inside look the same as in the photo from the website. The furniture is new, and most importantly, good mattresses, clean white linens and towels. Replacement of towels and linen on demand. Many thanks to the staff! We tried to resolve any issues promptly and thoughtfully. Green areas and recreation areas are a separate song. There is heat and drought outside the territory. And inside there is a green oasis. Trees, sun beds, hammocks, gazebos. Large swimming pool with a completely separate children's area. While the older ones were jumping in the deep zone, I knew for sure that the younger one wouldn't even get into the deep by mistake. The water is clean, and the lights are on in the evening. We took a room with breakfast. The food is delicious and hot, but not the most varied. By the 6th day, it was not interesting at all. There are canteens nearby, lunch and dinner were spent there. There is a variety of daily animation for children and adults, but we did not participate because our schedule did not match it. The nearest pebble beach is a 15-minute leisurely walk away. Transfer from the hotel to the sandy beach every morning at 9.30 am. There are sun beds and a canopy from the hotel at no extra charge. Back at 12.30. The disadvantages that we noticed: 1. There are problems with applying armor. We couldn't get into our room on the first day, but the hotel compensated for that. 2. The air conditioner did not work in the temporary room and there are often problems with them. 3. Breakfast is too late. Children get up early and have to take a snack before the main breakfast. 4. Late transfer to the sea. Since there are 2 arrivals, the first one can be done earlier, for example at 8.30. 5. Diversify the breakfast menu. It's the same thing almost every day.

We had a vacation in July 2025.I really liked the hotel! The territory is surrounded by greenery, there are many trees and shrubs around, many with their own history, there are signs.The territory is large, there is enough space for everyone, in every corner there are hammocks, benches where you can retire.The pool is clean and warm, and there are plenty of sun beds for everyone.The staff is very friendly and helpful, all issues were resolved instantly! The only negative is the number of rooms, "tired", there was a damp smell in our room when we checked in, there were also problems with the toilet, but the administration quickly resolved all issues, and other rooms were allocated to us during the renovation of the bathroom. The breakfasts are always the same, but they are very tasty, there is enough for everyone, and the finished dishes are constantly being updated. Animation both on the beach and in the hotel.I really liked yoga in the morning and water aerobics in the pool. The transfer to the beach is very convenient, the driver also takes you on excursions, you can ask for an individual one. We really enjoyed everything in this hotel, despite the imperfection of the room, as we spent very little time there.

We stayed at the Tsar Bagrat Mountain family hotel in early June 2025. The territory is fenced, clean, and guarded. If you like to travel comfortably, this is the place for you. It's beautiful, lots of interesting places, delicious food, nice people. The hotel organizes leisure activities for children, parents, grandparents, and the lazy. A clean swimming pool and a spacious area with sun loungers, umbrellas, sofas with tables are a favorite place for guests. It's very quiet, despite the large number of guests. There were no conflict situations, all disagreements were resolved quietly and promptly. The room has a refrigerator, TV, and a microwave. Hot and cold water without interruptions, with good pressure, drinking water in coolers at every step. Nice convenience store with everything you need and delicious coffee across the street. Sukhum is a small town where you can walk to the market, the park, and the famous Brekhalovka. There are many exits to the sea. Since we were vacationing with the children, our vacation was made by the hotel, of course!!! We relaxed by the pool, and the children studied under the supervision of good animators who liked what. The choice is large. Thanks to Ekaterina, Misha, and everyone who took care of us. I wish you prosperity, health and well-being. I look forward to seeing you again! We were happy here,(but if someone needs top-class comfort, with equipped luxury beaches, you are not in Abkhazia. Everything is just beginning to be restored and developed here) .
