The mountain is located about 80 km from Baku. Of course, the landscapes from it and near it are beautiful, you can see the coast of the Caspian Sea. We were supposed to have a tea party at the top. However, climbing it is fraught with problems for health, joints and knees, since the ascent is carried out by a steep iron ladder. In this connection, our ascent was interrupted. By the way, neither the Tripster nor the guide recommended by him warned about this. It should also be borne in mind that this is not a cheap trip.

A great place with great views and a "guardian of the mountain" that is definitely worth getting to. Yasha, that's the name of the man who rebuilt all these stairs and passageways. He will treat you to delicious tea, sweets and fruits, take you on a tour of the mountain and tell you its history. I definitely recommend getting to the very top. We got from Sumgait by taxi, a couple of kilometers on foot along the road and then up the stairs. We were lucky to get back, and Yasha arranged with a local that they would take us almost to the rented apartment.

It's beautiful here. At first, we were a little upset that clouds had descended on the mountain, but later it gave the mountain a mysterious and slightly menacing appearance. We took an extra-rail ride to Uncle Yasha. We went up the steps to the prayer room. We went back down and had tea with sweets at the mosque. Great tour.
