It's a beautiful restaurant, and the interior is well thought out and you get aesthetic pleasure from the dishes, but the kitchen spoils all the impressions. They cook for a sooo long time, we waited for bruschetta with salmon for about 40 minutes, mantas for about an hour, soup is prepared relatively quickly. And actually, we only liked the soups, everything else does not look like restaurant cooking in any way. And how can a bruschetta with salmon be watered with balsamic vinegar, it also kills all the tenderness of salmon and curd cheese, and bruschetta is prepared from a baguette, not from a sliced loaf. And the staff is completely untrained, the guys are trying, but before starting work it would be worthwhile to teach them the profession.
