The most negative experience. I do not recommend this computer club to anyone. I replenished my account with 200,000 soums, checked with the administrator in advance about the bonus, and +20% was confirmed. Next, I selected the package "3 hours for 67,000 soums" in the menu. There were no time limits specified in the interface itself. After the purchase, I received only about 17 minutes instead of 3 hours. When contacting the administrator, it turned out that the package is valid only until 18:00 — but:— this is not indicated in the menu— no one warned when buying Then the most unpleasant thing began: instead of a normal solution to the problem, the administrator began to be rude and shift the blame on me, saying "he should have asked". This is absurd. The client is not obliged to guess the hidden conditions. They separately stated that they have the information on Instagram. This is not an argument at all — I do not have to check their social networks to understand the terms of the service. In fact: paid package (3 hours) does not match the received time (17 minutes). This looks like a direct deception and, in fact, deception of the client. With this approach to work, they just make money from people's inattention. Be careful. At the moment, I highly do not recommend it. Customers are not appreciated here.

I visited this PC club today and, I admit, I expected the best. Unfortunately, only negative impressions remained. The first problem was the Steam download taking a very long time. It took almost an hour to log in to the account. The administrator rebooted the computer twice to make Steam work. Then CS was loaded for a long time, which also did not contribute to creating a positive impression. Then technical difficulties arose. The monitor has excessive saturation of the color gamut, and it is impossible to fix this — even with minimal brightness and contrast, the image hurts the eyes. It is difficult to play in such conditions. There were problems with the mouse: the sensor sometimes jumps up sharply, which causes the sight to fly into the sky. This makes the game much more difficult. The microphone in the headphones also turned out to be very low—quality - the sound is transmitted poorly, the interlocutors practically do not hear me. I would like to highlight the problem with unstable Internet: ping is jumping. Ideally, it should be 60-70, but it often rises to 100-150, and besides, packet losses occur periodically. I also did not like the monitor mounting system: the bracket does not have the ability to adjust the angle of inclination, which creates discomfort. I can't recommend this club at the moment. I hope that the administration will fix the problems, but I do not plan to return there yet.
