When I asked why the amount indicated by the counter in the receipt did not match the amount that the system accepted for payment, the employee immediately began to respond in a raised tone. Instead of calmly explaining the situation, I was faced with an irritated reaction and a raised voice. When I made a comment about the unacceptable tone of communication, the employee continued the conversation in the same manner, actually raising her voice and not making an attempt to correctly explain the situation. I consider such behavior unacceptable for an organization providing services to the public. Employees are required to provide explanations on charges correctly and respectfully, and not to allow shouting and emotional pressure on subscribers. I ask you to check on this fact, evaluate the actions of the employee and take measures to prevent similar situations in the future.
