Replacement of parts and repair of the Renout laguna front running gear. That's great!!! It cost 1,500. No complaints. Everything is clear and to the point. Unnecessary work was not imposed by the word at ALL. The guys are all craftsmen and professionals, starting from the acceptance master and ending with the car mechanic. All the accompanying documents with a guarantee and a certificate of completed work, as well as checks, were handed out after work. Thank you very much for your work. We arrived for warranty repairs, and the steering wheel was pounding when turning. We made a diagnosis, and waited three months for the steering beam. Everyone said she hadn't come yet, they called Minsk, where they say she's been with them for a month. They called back and she was found. We waited 2 weeks to sign up for them. We came to replace the beam, left the car. After 4 hours, they call to pick up the car, they said it wasn't the beam, but the bolt was not pressed. The car was taken away, the beating remained. I'm not talking about the staff at all, I'll just say that there's a lady at the reception who never knows anything.

Rating: 1 star (a complete failure of the service) The background of the nightmare: I naively decided to entrust my car to these unfortunate specialists. I paid 1800 rubles for body repairs, expecting a professional approach. Their lack of professionalism in action: ● Outright lies: they claimed that the engine cushion and axle were in order, although in fact both nodes turned out to be broken ● Neglect of diagnostics: they didn't even lift the car up to the elevator for inspection ● Rough work: used crowbars and hammers during repairs ● Ignoring documentation: completely ignored the factory damage list ● The client's accusations: when I pointed out the problems with the gaps, they brazenly told me that "all the elements are curved and nothing can be put on them" — an absolute lie! The results of their “skill”: ● Hidden damage after hitting the rear went unnoticed ● Critical violations of the geometry of the body ● Destruction of important components: broken engine cushion, curved axle ● Problems with closing the trunk (instead of solving the problem, the lock was blamed for this) Exposing their incompetence: when contacting a normal service, it turned out that: ● All elements are amenable to alignment ● Geometry is being restored ● The gaps are set to normal ● The work is done professionally The only positive thing is that it is worth noting only the quality of communication with the director — there are no complaints here. Shameful compensation: they returned a measly 20% of the amount, which was not enough even to partially correct their mistakes! Conclusions to remember: ● Complete lack of professionalism among the staff ● Disregard for basic diagnostic rules ● Lying and deceiving customers ● Incompetence of the masters at all levels ● Blaming the client for his own mistakes Categorical warning: Bypass this service per kilometer! It is especially dangerous to contact after an accident — these "specialists" will not only not find the real damage, but will also create new problems. It is better to spend time looking for a normal service than to entrust your car to these irresponsible people. Recommendation: I do not advise anyone to contact this service — you will lose not only money, but also the health of your car. Their accusations of "crooked elements" are just an attempt to hide their own incompetence. The only advantage is the director's human attitude, but this does not compensate for the complete failure in the technical part of the work.
