We are very grateful for the help and treatment of our cat. The situation occurred in January, when the cat had a fever late at night, not knowing where to turn, because there was nothing in Khartsyzsk, I called the clinic, a nice girl picked up the phone and told me what to do to bring down the temperature before the appointment. Thank you so much for that. After contacting us the next day, we were told to take tests immediately and after responding, they prescribed treatment. Unfortunately, we were diagnosed with calcivirus, but we were lucky to be treated by such a good doctor. I don't know why there are such negative reviews about the service and communication of employees, but we and all the people who were sitting in line were treated with understanding and care Seriously ill patients were admitted without waiting in line and immediately underwent the necessary procedures and operations. I have something to compare it with, believe me. The treatment took a long time. Because of my worries, I had to travel more often than scheduled appointments, but these were just my concerns. Every time we were listened to attentively, they answered all one hundred of my questions and gave me the right recommendations. This is the first time I've been to a clinic where they find an approach to characteristic animals. Our cat has a very difficult and harmful character, but the doctor was not afraid to look at him, and believe me, this is the first time I've met him in multiple visits to different clinics. As a result, we got a healthy family member. For which I am very grateful to you!!! There is nothing like this in Khartsyzsk and it cannot be, those who have pets and regularly go to the clinic should understand Where can you find a clinic with modern equipment where you can find out the test results in 30-40 minutes? Where is there a hospital? This has never happened before and does not exist. Thank you for being there, keep up the good work, you're great. I'm attaching a photo of a healthy and happy cat.

The pomeranian was castrated for behavioral reasons. Thank you very much to all the staff of the clinic. The castration was performed by appointment, the procedure took 15-20 minutes, the dog underwent anesthesia well and came out of it perfectly. The seam is perfect, after 2 weeks it is barely noticeable. A week after the operation, the dog returned to a normal rhythm of life, the most difficult were the 2 days after the operation, but in my opinion everything went great. The doctor was in touch all the time on postoperative issues. Excellent clinic, despite the fact that we ourselves are from Shakhtersk and we have veterinary clinics, we preferred this particular clinic on the recommendation of friends. Another important fact is the price, a similar operation in a clinic in our city would have cost us 10 rubles. In GogaVet, prices are affordable, here this operation cost us 4750 rubles. I would like to express my deep gratitude to Andrey Evgenievich for his sensitive approach to animals and for his high-quality work!
