I first came to this coworking space in November. Initially, the hostess of this establishment was not very friendly and rudely asked not to slam the door (and we did not slam, it is metal and the handle does not close well) , Then the recordings were with minimal contact with her, which I was glad of. The last straw was that I booked an office through Dikidi online a few days before the day I needed, arrived 5 minutes later than the booked time, and the office is occupied. Everything happens, I thought, and decided to wait (I arrive earlier and prepare the workplace for the client's arrival). After 10 minutes, nothing had changed, and I decided to write to the hostess that the office was still occupied. There was no reply to the message, so I decided to call her. There was no answer either. I decided to knock on the door and ask the master how long to wait (of course, I didn't go into the office or look in, I was waiting in the hallway the whole time). Again, the first knock was ignored, and the second knock was answered by the hostess herself with the comment "I actually can't, my hands are full." I informed them that my time was running out and my client would be coming soon. She rolled her eyes and said, "Right now," closed the door in my face and continued to do the permanent to her client. I waited a few more minutes and just left. We may not like each other, that's okay. But when you provide a service in the form of a study, and there was a mistake on your part, you don't need to transfer it to another person. She didn't even apologize, she didn't give me an idea of the waiting time. Everyone has force majeure, but no one has to tolerate rudeness. Regarding the room: this is an ordinary apartment on the 3rd floor, which has been converted into a "salon". It is often dirty in the office, hair and dust are scattered on the floor. There is no chair with the photo either, the client simply has nowhere to put his things (there is no way to put it back either, I asked) In general, the coworking space is quite cozy and convenient in location.
